"Ordered a 55W H1 DIGITAL HID kit LIFETIME WARRANTY  (6000k, Acura RSX/DC5) after the halogen bulbs burned out in 4 years. Recommended by the people from clubrsx.com. The kit comes with everything needed. Their service is fast.

The left lightbulb lasted me 4 years before burning out. Four years is not pretty long by HID standards. I decided to try their lifetime warranty and made a warranty request for the bulb. I mailed the bulb back, it cost me probably around 2 dollars. Within a week I received a replacement, without any email notification.

I spoke with a customer representative before, and there wasn't any hold time on the phone. And something to note, is that I've read in the forums that there is lifetime warranty on everything, but the representative told me that it didn't apply to the bulbs, so it's YMMV."
