"The Restaurant Source has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They are very helpful at time of purchase, but they wash their hands when a problem comes up. They act in bad faith and are not interested in resolving consumer complaints. I bought a brand new Artic freezer from them, which was delivered by SAIA. The freezer came damaged inside the crate, with 2 huge dents. I immediately called Restaurant Source and they told me to file a claim with SAIA. SAIA also washed their hands and my problem was never solved. I tried the management team with Restaurant Source and they also ignored my complaint. I now have a brand new freezer that is damaged and it is not worth what I paid for it."

"Yes they did deliver it was the worst experience I've ever had! The driver 1st gave me attitude because I needed him to bring in the frezzer they the front door. Then comes and asks me for help to get the frezzer out the truck because the lift he had was to wide to fit under te wood plank! On top of that I had to stop cooking to assist this man to then have him leave the frezzer right in front of the door to my resturant because at this point he tells me he can't enter my establishment! And to top it off he left the frezzer attached to the wooden plank that it was bolted to because he didn't have the tools to take it off!! So I then had to call a handy man to unbolt the frezzer and bring it in! I need to get my $ back because that was the biggest joke I have ever experienced I'm very upset and will never use or recommend this servicer to any one "
