"I was very disappointed in my order with your company. I placed my order for Oneida knives and dinner forks on on March 15, 2012, order number W85744. While I received the knives within a couple weeks, shipped 3/21, I still to date have not received the forks. I never received any information regarding the forks being on backorder, neither at the time I placed the order nor anytime after. Not until I received knives did I see they were on backorder. I finally phoned in and was informed they should be shipped 4/16. Considering the fact that we are a restaurant the timelyness of this flatware was important and had I known the forks were on backorder I would have researched another source. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from your company and will not be ordering anything from you in the future."
"I had ordered a Bloomfield 8572D3F - Koffee King Coffee Brewer- 3 Warmer, Automatic to replace a similar model that we had had for maybe 10 years. We needed a big capacity model for a very busy department. Delivery was fast, and staff are very happy to have their coffee again, and have reported no problems with it. "
