"when i ordered the part i told the rep that the part number / part has changed and make sure you send the right part, i assumed the y were listening. they were not. I waited the 10 days and the wrong part was shipped. I lost production and wasted my time which in turn means money. its a lawn mower wheel and the time lost and time spent on this process i could have bought a new mower, which i did.now i need to spend more time / money returning it "

"The belt that they said was substitute for my mower deck belt was to long and when put it on would not work. Then it will cost to much to send it back as said have it on my mower and now ordered a new one."

We and the manufacturer of the belt, Stens, are very concerned that this item did not fit your machine and want to make sure there is not a manufacturing issue with this part. Can you please send me the model and serial number of your machine as well as the part number of the belt that did not fit so we can research compatibility and find out why this was too long? This will help us determine if we need to send a call tag for the item and issue credit to you. Thank you in advance for your help.

RCPW.COM, Replacement Commercial Pa rep has responded

“Hi Michael,

I apologize for the delay in receiving your parts. I reviewed your order to research the delay and to see why someone told you the parts were in stock. I see that you ordered an OEM MTD cable and an aftermarket Cub Cadet/MTD belt -- I did have the cable in stock and it was immediately allocated to your order. The aftermarket belt was temporarily out of stock and it took over a week for the manufacturer to release more supply to us. I did, however, have the OEM Cub Cadet/MTD version of that belt in stock and that may have been where the miscommunication was. If you had asked about availability for the OEM part numbers only, they would have told you the items were in stock. I apologize for that as the person you talked to should have mentioned that we only had the OEM version available at that time. I am sorry for the extended time you waited to receive your order; please let me know if you have any questions or concerns with the parts you received.
