“We were never contacted in regards to this customer's defective item. Even at the 31st day, we would have accepted the item back; we're not unreasonable. Also, we do offer up to a two year parts and labor warranty for purchase with our products.”

"My phone was shipped incredibly fast. I ordered a razr as a backup phone. Not only did I end up using it as my primary but I was able to get it in a color that I couldn't find anywhere else. It worked perfectly and a lot of the "bugs" I usually find with new cell phones were non-existent in this one. I will definitely buy from them again in the future...the prices are unbeatable!"
