They shipped the Centro quickly, but when it got here, it won't charge (it's not the battery, I checked) despite their assurances that they check their used merchandise thoroughly. Called and they authorized a return with no problem, BUT I have to pay to ship it back and have to wait several more days for it to get back to them and then for them to send a replacement. It seems wrong that the buyer has to pay to ship back a DEFECTIVE phone. I buy a lot of things online and that's not the usual policy for defective merchandise. I need another phone for another family member and had planned to get it here if things went well with this transaction, but I am buying it elsewhere after all.
