Slight misunderstanding on my side as I though based on the video I would get a new digitizer already attached to a new front fascia, but it was actually a digitizer only, which meant a more difficult DIY repair than I was expecting. "The parts came in good condition, but I purchased a wrong part and sent it back to the return address unused in its original packaging. They told me they never received it. The customer service did not respond to the chat service between working hours nor to one of my emails right after the order, and my attempt to call them was simply redirected to online contact.UPDATE: Repairs Universe contacted me promptly after this review was posted. Turns out they had already refunded me right after receiving the part. However, at the time I emailed customer service, they said they had not seen it and would send me an email if they ever did. I accepted their "restocking fee" policy of 20% fine, but they charged me extra because I didn't return my part with "proper authorization or paperwork" which I blame from not being able to contact them as I stated above. I felt that communication with customer service was not the best or most clear, but in the end Repairs Universe got things done. "

However when I emailed with a request to return the recipient didn't understand what I wrote and I got a very curt and offensive email with capital letters (screaming) in it. I stated my carrier (as in phone company) was no good and he/she thought I meant this company. He/she stated I was past time to return and I showed receipt date (from across the US) and because of a holiday that it had been only 8 calendar days. He/she then sent the return-allowed info. Not sure I'd ever buy from Repairs Universe again."
