We charge a flat rate for all orders so that customers ordering bigger items aren't charged large amounts. This does mean that customers ordering smaller items do have to pay more than expected though. We are continually evaluating our shipping options though and your feedback is helpful. Thanks again.””

"RC makes it easy to find the part you need. They have a very good selection of parts and reasonable prices. The videos make it easy to do the repairs without the factory manual. I'm handy so I don't know if the "average" person finds it as easy to do. I keep my appliances well past 15 years. Great company to deal with and very fast delivery. "
