"Needed a replacement key for my Amana freezer (model # was not known as it is INSIDE the freezer!). Received your (universal) key in a timely manner and in good condition, but it would not work so had to call the locksmith to get in. Spoke with a company rep who said I could return the key for a refund, but that the shipping cost more than the refund. Shipping costs are excessive! "
