"I have been a Registerfly customer since 2000. I have registered 12 domains with them during that time and been quite satisfied with the company's registrar services. I give Registerfly a high recommendation for domain registration.
I once tried the company's web hosting and email hosting. I found both of those services to be uncompetitive in service and in price, so I asked for and received a refund after a few days. I host with companies that specialize in hosting and have found that to be a much more satisfactory solution.
As I am no longer a hosting customer of theirs, the remainder of this review pertains to my customer experience with Registerfly as a registrar."

This is my Story with RegisiterFly.com they have Ripped all my Domain name .. that i have Regisiter with them ..
Sinise i Regisiter my Domain name with them i did 2 year the email i use with them is one of the domin name that i have with them in the same account that doma in name have expire and when i try to renew the domain name i forget my password i try to contact them i call there company sending them email and no respond to any of my call or email .. after 1-2 manth from trying to get in touch with them .. they answer my call .. i ask them that i need to renew the domain name and will give them the same visacard that i use before to renew the domain name after they know that i forget the password they asked me to find the password i ask them to renew the password so i can Reset the password the answer from them NO
So i have no choise i try to search for the password but no luck right know i have 12 Domain name with them and all of them are gone .. and they add their ads/ and also trying to sell it
well i dont no if there is other chance to retern this domain name back to me or no and i hope i can do this because this one of the domain name i have worked so hard paying alot of money to ads the domain name and many many more ..
but i think there is no chance to get it back from reading to many guys that have the same problem with regisiterfly....
"I've been with these guys for two years. This is has been the worst experience having a website hosted through you.
My current domain and email service has been down for almost a full week. This cannot be a sucessful business if you cannot guarentee a 90% uptime.
I am looking into getting a new hoster for my domains, the downtime has been an issue for over a 3 month period. This is pathetic and i will not recommend business to anyone."

"Hello Everyone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are CROOKS. They will not help you when you call their "support". You'll keep getting the same person over and over and they'll just give you an attitude and keep lying to you. This company has caused me to lose a company. I checked here first but I only saw one review, so I decided to give them a chance. NEVER EVER get ANYTHING from these people. Either their support won't pick up the phone or they'll just lie to you to shut you up. A google search of "registerfly" will let you know even more. Its rediculous, I lost a customer from these idiots."
"I started my own small consulting business, but apparently I chose the wrong company to host my website.
The website stated "$6.95" a month webhost for a certain package, which I thought to be a pretty decent price. I was to be charged quarterly in the amount of $20.85. I assumed quarterly meant every three months, or 4 quarters out of a year. Apparently, they thought it means every month.
Well, now that I have been charged $83.40 and had to cancel one charge they tried to put through, I am trying to recover $42 dollars. The worst part is the response I got from the "senior manager" at their offices (My trouble ticket comes first):
***I am being overcharged for my hosting since April. Please refund all of the over charged amounts to my credit card and cancel the hosting as well. ***
Their response:

Notice he is more concerned with "discontinuing" the service than getting me my refund.
Worst of all, my website was down most of the time and at one point they even accused me of not paying! I had to show them my invoice and prove to them that I was on a certain package for them to bring my website up!!!
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND REGISTERFLY.COM. HORRIBLE!

[2005-08-09] How is it humanly possible that this issue is still not resolved? Do I seriously need to have my lawyer deal with, just so I can get my $41 dollars back? What kind of customer service is this, where you overcharge people and then it takes 3 weeks and STILL nothing!!!
Please get some people in your company that can do common math. Seriously... If I not resolved by this Friday I will also "elevate" this issue and just let my lawyer deal with it, I have him on retainer anyway, for MUCH bigger issues than this crap. Im also going to start looking through online forums, I hope to find other customers with similar issues so that I can see what can be done about this. Give me MY money back.

"Yep, their billing and customer service is fairly atrocious. I've sent three emails to their support address with no response. I've called their support phone number twice, and had the pleasure of waiting on hold for hours before being finally switched to some telephone limbo of silence.
The main billing problem I've had is that their concept of "monthly" billing is apparently every 23 days. I've been through four of these 23-day billing cycles. "

"Tried to buy an GeoTrust SSL certificate from them and their online generator would not work. The double charged my credit card and the support people kept closing tickets with no action. I could not get anyone on the phone and the live chat guy argued with me instead of helping me. They had a 7 day money back policy on the SSL cert and I could not get in touch with anyone at billing for the refund so I had to file a dispute with AMEX. They are the worst company I have ever delt with!"
