"I am so happy with my Diamond Goby!! Could only acclimate him for 45 mins to get back to work & covered all holes on the tank so he wouldn't jump. He is doing his job moving sand & crushed coral around & is awesome to watch. My first order from you guys for the cleaner package are doing great. Emeralds thriving, peppermint shrimp growing, snails & crabs doing their job. So far so good. Thanks for being awesome!"

"Ordered $150+ worth of livestock. Fish, snails, crabs corals etc... Everything arrived great and extremely healthy. I did read some below average reviews before ordering but I decided to give them a chance. Extremely happy with what I received and I definitely will be ordering again."

"EDIT: Reefs2Go contacted me and did assist with the service issue I had via email. We discussed some of the issues and they offered to re-ship the crabs I had not received at no charge. Since I had already replaced them from a local shop, they offered credit to their store in an amount greater than what the crabs were worth and I accepted this. The cust service person I spoke with was very nice and apologetic that the issue had been overlooked. I will be using them again since I do have a credit there and hope to update this later with more good news. :)

Original Review: I'm officially disappointed with Reefs2Go.com. The first couple orders I placed went ok. I purchased saltwater clean up crews. A few items were DOA with each shipment but I expect that from any company. It's a stressful trip for the little guys. I didn't pursue a refund because it was only a couple dollars at the most and they require pics to be sent...just wasn't worth the time.

However, I get frustrated when a company doesn't respond to me.

My 3rd clean up crew order again had dead snails but a whole bag of them this time. I sent them the pics they require for a refund and they didn't refund me...instead they sent me a GIFT CARD so I have to purchase from them again to be able to use this money. That's a joke.

I also made them aware that they only shipped 7 of the 30 blue leg crabs. I received a bunch of empty shells. And yes, they were empty...no bodies in the bag or in the shells. I sent them pics of these as well. These shells are still sitting in my tank.

Never received a response after I sent a follow up too. So essentially they have close to $20 of my money and I received nothing in return. $12 in crabs it appears I'll never get back and $6 in snails held hostage forcing me to buy from them again in order to get it back.

Very disappointing..."

Contacted and then all the bull began in all it's $ 77 plus
Sent many e-mails and phone calls haven't seen credit yet
THe run around
Stock is poor and service is worseI would not tell my worst enemy to buy from Reefs2go"

"Very pleased with my female Mandarin goby. All of the snails,except 2, arrived alive and are already working in my tank. They were good size too. Over all, very happy with the quality of the fish and I will definitly be doing business with yall again! Thanks!"

"Reefs2go is a great company. There are some times that you may not get a few things that you order, but they refund quite quickly.

With my first attempt I was very unsatisfied with their customer service and the fact that I only received 17 of my 22 items. It took over a week to hear back from them, but when I did, all they wanted to do was make it right. They refunded immediately, actually during the call.

I decided to give them another try, again my order wasn't complete...I've placed 6 separate orders with reefs, and all i have is smiles. There were times when I did not receive my complete order, but they called me personally to ask if I would prefer a refund or store credit..

I even had an instance where I received a free 10 polyp zoanthid with the purchase of so many items...it unfortunately did not make it.... and they replaced it with no hesitation.

All in all I did have some problems in the beginning, but they turned around and made it right every single time. "

"I recently spun up an Anemone tank after picking up an aquacultured Rose BTA locally. Of course, I want to start propagating them as they're fairly easy to frag once they grow a bit. My specimen wasn't perfect, so I figured I'd take a chance on buying a couple from R2G as they were super-cheap. I received two - one fairly large specimen with VERY rosy bubble-ends and a smaller one with the same characteristics. The smaller one is growing very quickly.

I've seen some criticism of R2G in here - and I feel many of those negative reviews are quite unfair as they are essentially blaming R2G for what are really "rookie mistakes" in this hobby. Let me make this perfectly clear - none of the livestock at Reefs2go gave your tank ich. YOU gave your tank ich by not performing standard quarantining procedures.

Whenever I was supposed to get a freebie, it's always been included. Usually copepods :) And the copepods they give out are quite meaty little buggers!

One person wrote that their phone number is pulled from the site - well, *I* see it there plain as day. And they actually answer the phone when you call!

Regarding DOA's - shipping is tough on livestock. You are taking a chance whenever you order online and place your trust in a shipping courier. The fact that R2G is willing to eat those costs in the form of a credit is a testament to their intentions. While I've never had to claim credit (though I came close once!) it's good to know I have that recourse.

So - if you order online from ANYONE, do it right. QT your stock. Dip your corals with CoralRX or ReVive, and QT those as well. Understand that shipping couriers are rough on your packages, and be glad that R2G will at least give you credit for whatever doesn't make it as a result."

"Great customer service. I had detailed requests for shipping due to my job schedule and they were able to fulfill it as we had planned. One doa which they had credit back to me along with some under size crabs. And lastly two other fish didn't take to my tank which they also gave me back a credit for. Overall I rate them 5 stars due to great customer service along with really gave sale prices. Thanks reefs2go! "

"Reefs2Go is a wonderful company to do business with. The customer service department is very friendly and helpful. Last week I received an order of pods from them. The majority of the pods were dead and there was a lot of trash in the bags. I contacted customer service about the order. Instead of giving me a credit on my account they reshipped my complete order. The new shipment arrived Thursday morning. This shipment was up to the standard I am used to receiving from
Reefs2Go. I highly recommend my fellow reefers to order from Reefs2Go."

I have only had 1 fish that didn't seem to eat and later died within the 14 day guarantee. "I was a little afraid to order on line but I could not resist the awesome prices. I ordered and loved the service! I did have an issue with Fedex, not Reefs2go. Reefs2 go refunded me no questions ask....wonderful service. This company is Honest, Helpfull and has great service and aquatics of all kinds! I will be a costomer of theirs forever! I cannot say enough good about these girls. Thank you so much. Cant wait to get my secound order. By the way I use their pods too....they are great and ship fast. Dont hesitate to buy from Reefs2go they are very easy to order from and do not leave you hanging on refunds. This is a great company! I special Thank you to Nikki!
