"I ordered a handheld WiFi device on May 7, 2013 and was contacted on or about May 16 (which is over a week after placing my order) that no WiFi units were in stock to send me. It is now too late to order another unit from another company and I was counting on using this device during my trip. I am sorry to say that ordering from this company should be avoided. In this day and age of information, it is hard to fathom why it would take over a week for a customer to be contacted to tell them that what they ordered in not in stock. This information should be readily available when the customer first places their order. What prevented me from giving a lower 1 star rating was the fact that their customer service organization did contact me and then followed up with my by sending an E-mail to confirm that my money would be refunded. I have yet to confirm that my credit card has actually been credited"
"When I called with questions, the RebelFone representative had difficulty understanding my questions and I had difficulty understanding his responses. Also, I never received an email telling me when my order was shipped and providing me with the phone numbers in advance of receiving my order. "

"Paid for two day shipping. Not only did the item not arrive in that time frame it didn't arrive for 5 days causing me to miss the package before I left for the UK which is the whole reason I ordered. I then had to pay $70 to overnight it to myself in the UK. Not happy at all will never use this service again unless a credit is given to my account for the shipping. "
