"My cousin came to visit us last month from U.S. All the time she was busy browsing and downloading many things on her phone. That left me amazed as i was worried for her phone bills. She told me she took a good deal from rebelfone. she had subscribed data bundle and her data usage charges were low after that. The internet speed was quiet good. I would recommend rebelfone to people traveling to canada."

"I got my sim card 4 after placing my order. the pin number was emailed to me within a day only. I wanted quick shipment for my sudden trip and that was the reason i took it from rebelfone. I had same good experience in the past too. very happy with its services. "

"I could tell that English was not the sales persons native language, so giving the information over the phone was both painful and time consuming. Even though he read back all the information to me at least twice, he still managed to mix up the shipping address and billing address, so the phone was shipped to the incorrect address and I had to reship overnight to get to the intended recipient after already paying for expedited shipping through Rebelfone!"

Do you remember the name of the representative you spoke to ? In future if you ever face a problem with the representative' accent, kindly ask for a supervisor or the next rep so that the order doesn't get messed up.

Also, if possible, can you send me the receipt of the shipment ? I can look at it and see what can be done regarding that too.

"I've compared a lot of rental plans and got best with rebelfone. no per day rental charges in offer.quiet cheap i must say. harldy $50 bill for one week traveling. loved it"

"Its easy to fix small problems. Instructions were easily understood and it started working as soon i reached Austria. I received my shipment after 5 days of my order, which was much faster than others :)"

"What a mess! Ordering by phone was frustrating. The guy just couldn't understand me. We went over and over my address and other info. He just couldn't understand. I'd say "831", he'd say "834?" His spoken English was quite good, but his understanding was terrible. Very frustrating.He even phoned me back to make sure he had gotten everything correctly.

When I didn't get notice that the phones were on their way - and we were leaving in a week - I emailed Customer Service and they were great. Very fast response. One phone was here in 2 days. But I had ordered two. I again emailed and said I needed the other within 2 days; it was overnighted. That part was great. I mostly dealt with Dean and he was excellent. I asked, he delivered.

But... we were sent two different phones - 1 Motorola, 1 Samsung. So that means we have to drag two different charger cables to Europe. It also means that we have to learn the features of 2 very different phones. For a compnay that does nothing but rent phones to travelers, you might think that sending two of the same would be standard practice.

So far, except for the excellent online customer service, I am NOT happy with my Rebelfone experience. It has caused me a lot of grief during a busy, stressful week before departure.

I only hope hope they actually work in Europe. With Rebelfone's track record so far, I'm not holding my breath."

"I ordered a phone a month in advance of my trip. Rebelfone called 2 days before we were supposed to leave saying the phone is out of stock and that I'll get a refund but no phone. I start looking for another phone for a rush order and 4 hours later they call back saying we will ship it out we just don't have the charger for it.

This is unacceptable customer service."

I am sure situations like these do give a lot of trouble and i do know that there was a delay in getting the equipment due to a major technical error from our vendor's end. We ran out of stock with few items due to a high volume of orders and we were expecting that all orders will be fulfilled on time but that didn't happen and we had to deliver the phones to the customers directly to their hotel overseas.

In your case, my customer service representative informed me that we did inform you about the same a week before your departure date and requested you to buy a charger from the airport and we'll pay for it but i guess the entire situation forced you to change your mind.

Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
