"I Could not believe the support I received from Jeffrey and the people at Realproaudio. This is one business that I would highly recommend to anybody, anywhere. I had a problem that was caused by the shipper. My grill was dented on my new speaker. The support I got from Realproaudio was out of this world. They stayed in touch with me thru out the whole process which really suprised me to get that much support. I am sure I will be a return customer. They did call to let me know and tried to offer an alternative - which I couldn't find on their website to verify what they were offering was what I was asking for. Unfortunately before I could confirm and verify the package being offered the final APC40 they had was sold. I ended up purchasing my original products from Amazon.com"

"First I ordered a rack unit that had the option of free shipping and they called me to tell me it was going to be over $ 200 to ship it and so they cancelled it without even offering a different product. Then I ordered something else off on line and I waited to hear something then I called and was told it should ship out that day then two days later I got a call saying that the item was out of stock after I had called there twice and been told it was being shipped.... i feel like I was lied to and I wont ever shop from them again. If you dont have a product dont list it! "

Ordered online, and had multiple charges run to my card causing a fraud lockdown, then claim by seller to not be able to access funds. Had to cancel the order and spend 2 hours on phone with my bank to clear up experience. Very dissatisfied."

Salesperson gave their contact info and finished deal on phone. He had item shipped 20 minutes later. I haven't received yet but the experience thus far has been positive."

“This customer did not answer and return our phone calls when we wanted to immediately inform her that we just sold out of the item she wanted. She called us back only a week after, which explains her claim "I wasted a week of precious holiday shopping time." On the other hand, we always verify every single transaction we get before we start processing it, if a customer does not answer when we call them, we ask them to call us back.”
