"I don't know why others are complaining. BOTH times I've ordered from them I got fast free shipping AND authentic Acekard 2i's. Shipping was fast even after Hurricane Sandy (they're outta Jersey). Their communication is excellent. You get a confirmation # when order is placed, a shipping notification w/ tracking when item ships, and even a "follow up" e-mail making sure all is well and asking to review product. Cheapest, legitimate place on the net for "carts"."

"This is an incredible store! I purchased a supercard mini sd on 10/6/06 it was a friday. Then they shipped the order on saturday, and it came on tuesday even though that weekend was colombus day(no mail)!Granted they are located in NJ and I live in NJ but still less than a day to ship it out thats just awsome. Also everything they promissed came in good packaging and it even came with instructions(even though most people who buy a supercard know how to use it)that says alot about their customer service. Well that about says it I had a great experience with this store and will most definatley be buying from them again!"

Just completed my first purchase from RealHotStuff. Ordered a Supercard Lite/Superkey bundle on the 4th, and received it on the 8th. Everything was in nice condition and worked flawlessly.

"Kinda crappy way of fitting a 1gb microSD card and miniSD reader into the supercard lite box. I recived the package and the supercard lite box was dented (compared to another supercard lite package I have ordered from another store).

My superkey did not work at first. I recived one that was dirty and had to chip off the melted plastic. I would have not know that was the problem if it wasen't for a website. ME+PRODUCT=SCREWED.

Although the box was a minor problem, and the superkey made me think again from ordering here again, I loved the fast shipping (4 days)."

"I have purchased from RealHotStuff a few times prior to my most recent order so I knew what to expect.
Their items are always priced competatively along with the shipping charges as well. I have never had an issue with them to this day.

"I ordered a bundle from RealHotStuff. Good prices (even with shipping costs). Excellent communication, kept us all up to date on new shipments and E.T.A. for our orders on the forums. Once shipment came (there was a delay due to the SCL being a new product and the outage of it soon after its release), my shipment was sent promptly. It may take awhile to get to you if you're over the border (Canada) but that's due to customs and not on Realhotstuff's end as the date of postage was the date they said it was sent out. Overall, I'd buy from this site again and recommend it to friends."

"Everything came quickly and exactly what I ordered. When I couldn't get my SuperCard to work I was allowed to send it back and get a new one even though the warranty has expired. Everything works perfectly and I'm estatic about my purchase."

"I placed my order on RealHotStuff.com on Monday night 8/14 for a SC lite. I paid with PayPal and chose the cheapest shipping offered. On the same night that I placed my order, I got an e-mail with my order tracking number and my package was sent out the very next morning. It arrived on Thursday 8/17! Not bad for USPS first class mail! The package arrivved safely and in one piece.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from RealHotStuff.com again!"
