One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid this company, first they shipped to the wrong address and then told me I would have to repurchase the product and they would refund my card for the first purchase.  
Begrudgingly I paid again and they shipped the product to the correct address. Then when the product arrived it was defective, obviously defective - in which they said I would need to purchase ANOTHER (make that three charges now) product and they would ship the new product and when they receive the defective one they would refund me. Avoid this company, total scam.

This place is quite amazing. I ordered a TT DSTT + 1 gig sd card + free shipping on the 14th of January, it was shipped on the 15th, and I got it yesterday, the 19th. Everything came in a nice bubble-wrap bag, so nothing was broken or even slightly damaged. The only issue I have is that on the TT DSTT box, it says that it includes a free SDHC reader, but I had to buy the reader separately for an extra dollar at RHS. That's kinda lame, but I don't know if I can blame RHS for this. Besides, the extra dollar isn't all that bad... Shipping was free after all, and they kept their word and sent a free 1 gig sd card along with the DSTT. When I emailed them before ordering to make sure they still had DSTTs in stock, they replied promptly. Overall good service and fast shipment.

Realhotstuff is one of the best accessory dealers right now. They are very prompt with extremely quick shipping. I received my order merely four days after my initial order, and considering that I ordered it at a time that was sure to be busy (New year's Eve), I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround time. I would highly recommend RHS to people who need accessories for their game systems or other digital accessories.

Prices were a little higher than other suppliers but being that RHS is based in the US, it's not surprising. While others were out of stock, RHS had what I wanted in stock and shipped my item out extremely quickly given that it was the day after Christmas.

What can I say this company is amazing!!! Like others have said they are a few dollors more than there Hong Kong compitition BUT they make up for that with there support AND there shipping... Example: I just ordered something this morning and it was shipped in 2 hours? what online retailer can do that!

If you have any problems, they list their phone number on the site and there is always a live person during business hours. Problems are solved immediately. Truly a top notch business and i wont ever go anywhere else.

Ordered the product late sunday night, and it was shipped out monday morning. Made it to my box on thursday! The item I bought had free shipping too! This site is a little more expensive than some of the hong kong sites, but the speed of real hot stuff is really quite epic. And I felt much safer ordering within the country instead of over seas. I ordered a Acekard 2i from them on the night ofTuesday, Dec. 1st, and I almost instantly got a conformation e-mail.  
 
The next morning, when I checked, my item was already shipped, and I was quite happy.  
 
The amazing thing is that the item came to my house, in Toronto, Canada, the next morning! That is some amazing work, considering it was shipped in 1 and a half days. Serious seller, they will not scam you!  
 
I haven't tried out the customer service, simply because I didn't need to, but from what I've heard it's excellent.

I ordered my product, got a confirmation email, product shipped next day and was at my door sooner than anticipated. Ordering was easy, and everything went smoothly. Will use them again.

Order Acekard 2i on 11/25 evening and received it on 11/29. The process of order online is easy and quick delivery. The card has imprinted on the back Made in China, I hope it is not a clone. So far the card work very well on the DS Lite & 8GB MicroSD HC. Price is higher than most places, but if you live in North America and want fast shipping then this is the place. There is no wait time when I called the Technical Support line to give me info on product before purchasing.

At first glance- RealHotStuff.com may seem like a sort of sketchy site. But when I ordered my EZ Flash IV (GBA Size) from http://www.realhotstuff.com/ezflash-size-p-294.html, everything came as was described, and worked. They were very quick, and professional- my order was shipped the same day I ordered it. I received the product 3 days after I bought it (UPS first class.) I highly reccomend to buy from this site.

There was some misunderstanding during my last purchase, and it was corrected without issue. I have also bought previously from them, and have always had a good experience.

Having ordered from RHS in the past, I knew right where to go for my Nintendo DS accessories. I ordered the product Saturday late in the evening, and on Sunday morning realized I had mistakenly put the shipping address for Minnesota, not my state!  
 
I put a ticket in with RHS and they promptly changed the billing address. Monday, the shipping address still said MN, so I called customer service. I was able to get through right away and their friendly service representative quickly fixed the issue and reassured it would be shipped to the correct address.  
 
Just wanted to say that this is the fastest and easiest I've ever had a mistake corrected with an online retailer, and that it was the easiest to get ahold of customer service (Better even than most online big name retailers Customer Service).  
 
Even though it was my own stupid mistake, they treated it with care and courtesy and swiftness.

I have ordered twice from RHS now. The first time about a year ago, and just recently. Both times the ordering process was easy. The packages arrived quickly and in good condition. Both times I received what I ordered and this time they even through in a bonus screen protector! Super store. Not only will I continue to buy from them, I tell all my friends to shop here too.
