The shipping info still said it was \u0022Pending\u0022 when I sent the emails to cancel. But the next day I woke up to an email that said they had shipped my order even though I asked many times to cancel it even before it was shipped or processed. So I sent them another email and they finally replied to me and said they were sorry and for me to just write \u0022Return to Sender\u0022 on the package and that I would get a refund for everything except for the shipping.
