At first glance- RealHotStuff.com may seem like a sort of sketchy site. But when I ordered my EZ Flash IV (GBA Size) from http://www.realhotstuff.com/ezflash-size-p-294.html, everything came as was described, and worked. They were very quick, and professional- my order was shipped the same day I ordered it. I received the product 3 days after I bought it (UPS first class.) I highly reccomend to buy from this site.

There was some misunderstanding during my last purchase, and it was corrected without issue. I have also bought previously from them, and have always had a good experience.

Having ordered from RHS in the past, I knew right where to go for my Nintendo DS accessories. I ordered the product Saturday late in the evening, and on Sunday morning realized I had mistakenly put the shipping address for Minnesota, not my state!  
 
I put a ticket in with RHS and they promptly changed the billing address. Monday, the shipping address still said MN, so I called customer service. I was able to get through right away and their friendly service representative quickly fixed the issue and reassured it would be shipped to the correct address.  
 
Just wanted to say that this is the fastest and easiest I've ever had a mistake corrected with an online retailer, and that it was the easiest to get ahold of customer service (Better even than most online big name retailers Customer Service).  
 
Even though it was my own stupid mistake, they treated it with care and courtesy and swiftness.

I have ordered twice from RHS now. The first time about a year ago, and just recently. Both times the ordering process was easy. The packages arrived quickly and in good condition. Both times I received what I ordered and this time they even through in a bonus screen protector! Super store. Not only will I continue to buy from them, I tell all my friends to shop here too.

Ok, you should have received the package by now. We take the address from our system directly into our printing software. There is no copy and paste involve. The package was returned back to us by US Postal Office. We had the tracking proved that it was not sent back to us until last week.  
 
We re-sent the package right after we received it from postal office. We did nothing wrong. We printed the address you provided. We re-sent you the package right after we received it.  
 
Do we still deserve the low ranking for USPS's mistake? We replied back to every email you sent us. We were on top of the issue all all the time. We did not send you another package right away because we needed to have the original package back to know what was the problem with it so we don't make same mistake.

I ordered a flashcart from Real Hot Stuff, they shipped the package next day and the status said it was set to arrive on Saturday. Apparently the person who writes down the addresses doesn't know how to do a simple copy paste of my address onto the box. They sent my package to some other place and usps found the place to not exist and sent it back on Saturday evening, the status on the package says it he received it back on the 20th and he says he still hasn't received the package. So either usps is trying to scam me or RHS is...This is the second time something like this happened. Lucky for me ups gives you the ability to change the street address if the sender made a mistake. The guy who runs RHS is either shady or careless, I wouldn't recommend buying from them...

This seller is amazing!! It took only 3 days for them to ship my order with the cheapest shipping option. I ordered an Acekard 2.1 that was out of stock, and they immediately sent it once they got their next shipment. Very good customer service. I highly recommend them.

Excellent! The item was exactly as described and works stunningly. I placed the order on a Sunday night and received it on the Wednesday of the same week; the shipping was free as well. I live in Hawaii, so to get that kind of quick shipping is incredible and very much appreciated. Recommended seller, definitely!

Holy crap these guys rule!!!!!!!I ordered 2 acekard 2's on a thursday and got them at my house on monday.They promptly emailed me with updates and the order was delivered faster then i could ever imagine. I will be ordering 2 more asap for gifts Thanks RHS!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an Acekard 2 for my Nintendo DS Lite on 8/11 and received it on 8/17. Pretty fast shipping considering it was shipped first class. I got tired of ordering stuff from China and was looking for a US distributor and found realhotstuff. I have to say I am really impressed. Well, I have so far made two purchases from this company, which says something in itself - if I didn't like them I wouldnt have made a second purchase. My first one was an iTouchDS card. Order arrived the next day in my mailbox. Yesterday I ordered Dragon metal styluses (4 pack) and what do you know, it arrived today as well!  
 
So, my thoughts  
-Reasonably priced merchandise  
-So far, they have had what I wanted  
-Unbelievably fast shipping, even when using USPS First Class Mail  
-Website is easy to navigate  
-When I have a question using the live chat feature, they always respond quickly

Edit - forgot to add: I have heard that they do have very fast shipping, but my next day receiving of my order would most likely be due to the fact that RHS and myself are both located in NJ.

I've been looking everywhere online for a reliable source for purchasing TTDS and TTDSi's. After dealing with other "top sites" such as dealextreme.com, and others, I was fed up with shoveling out my hard earned money just for counterfeit products, that are potentially harmful to my systems and it took weeks to arrive at my doorstep(If you're dumb enough, as I was, to think the $5 would get you a real TTDS, you kind of deserve the punishment). Item was not in stock, HOWEVER, the customer service was extremly helpful, and provided me with an ETA of the item. I asked for my order to be cancelled and it was done in less than 20 minutes. Customer service that is out of this world!! Needless to say I am ordering a different item and will leave a review for that.
