"I have been using Razorgator for at least 10 years so it is about time I reviewed this company. I personally bought and sold tickets through Razorgator, each transaction was smooth.

If the tickets are still available when you select through their website, they will secure the tickets on your behalf. The seller will be notified that their tickets were sold and that they need to confirm the order ASAP. It is up to the seller to confirm the order as soon as they are notified of the sale. Unfortunately, there are some sellers out there who take too long to respond to orders which could result with the tickets no longer being available, thus leaving Razorgator no choice but to cancel the order if other options that are comparable are also not available. On several occasions I ended up getting a free upgrade(better seats!) when the tickets I selected were not available. They never charged me the difference in cost, just upgraded my tickets.

As far as their customer service goes, I have always dealt with seasoned reps who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

All in all, I have had positive experiences both buying and selling tickets through Razorgator so I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for fair market prices in the secondary market.

NOTE: Keep in mind the sellers also set the prices on Razorgator so if you are paying over face-value, then you obviously could not get the tickets through the primary market so you should understand why you are paying more. It is called supply and demand."

"It has been a few years since I purchased from Razorgator but found some great seats for my event. I purchased the tickets and completed transaction only to find out 4 days later that the seller "double sold" his tickets. I had to call the company to find out the status of my order and was told that an email was sent a few hours ago. The representative at razargator did not seem to think that a 4 day wait for ticket confirmation was unreasonable. That being said, I have never had that issue at other online sites. I ended up purchasing my tickets from Stubhub. I am also a bit concerned to hear that Razorgator kept the hold on my credit card and it may take a few days to remove from my account. Ultimately, this company does not seem to be able to stand up to their competitors. I will not give them another chance. If you are interested in getting great tickets to a high demand event you better think twice before risking it on this company."

"Bought tickets on Friday for Monday Night Football, a representative called me shortly after my order to verify my address and to state that the tickets would be sent overnight and would arrive Monday morning by 10:30am. Everything worked exactly as promised and went well, thanks!"

"I would never use them again. they sent me an e-mail for free shipping and then after I made a purchase I got charged for the shipping and they would not fix the problem. they just told that they would give me a code for free shipping on the next order. when I asked to speak with the supervisor becuase that wasn't an acceptable answer I was put on hold for approx 10 minutes and finally transfered to someones voice mail . I left a message with contact information and they did not call or e-mail me. I bought the tickets on thier site because of the free shipping which made the same identical tickets that were also listed on Stub Hub a little cheaper.On top of that they tell you the tickets are securly delivered by Fed EX and a signature would be required to assure delivery Two days after my order I found a Fed Ex package lying in the bushes near my front door . No signature required , just left there on a windy day. I wonder if that would have been MY PROBLEM AGAIN if the tickets would have been lost , Maybe they would offer to actually deliver the tickets on my next order My advice to anyone else is use Stub Hub instead they stand behind what they tell you. I would not recommed Razor Gator to anyone "

"I've used Razorgator multiple times, and I've never had a problem with their tickets. I find them to be very reliable, and usually cheaper than the other online ticket brokers. The only issues I have with them, and I'm sure it's the case with all ticket brokers, and not just them is; you pay some sort of convenience fee for the tickets, and it's not a set price. They charge the fee according to how much the tickets cost, and I don't think that should have anything to do with a fee. The other issue I have is, you pay next day air for shipping, even though you may not receive the tickets for months. I've talked to the good people at RG, and they explained to me that they charge you for when they actually receive the tickets from the seller, and when they send them it's next day air, but it makes no sense to me, when I'm getting the tickets MONTHS later, obviously if my event is months away it's not that pressing of an issue to have them shipped next day air, when they could just send them registered mail through the Post Office. Other than those things I'm happy with their service, and I'd recommend them to anybody looking for tickets.

"Tickets arrived in 2 days!! I'm not only impressed with the speedy delivery but the user friendly site and guarantee to email with results in 48 hours if seller didn't come through. I'll be back for the next game for sure! "

"Beware - Misleading - Intentionally stated Orchestra but when tickets arrived it was Orchestra Right - The most right it can be.
When we called, they said that they specially list it that way and that we should know from the price - even though they marked it as great seats. Their were other sites with better seats at better prices. Their guarantee is that they will mislead."

"Can't believe the incredible mark upon ticket prices PLUS all the "fees" that you charge on top of that. my friend found tickets to the same concert the day before for significantly cheaper on StubHub with less fees!"

"I have purchased concert tickets off of other websites before but then I came upon razorgator. The prices were much cheaper than other websites and I called in to there customer service after I had placed my order and the person I spoke with Ryan was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will continue to give razorgator my business as they have the best prices and great customer service! "
