"Raveready.com has the worst customer service available. I placed a order and never received a confimratiom or shipping email and it has been over 2-3 weeks. I called them 4 times to which a voicemail always comes on and says they are busy. I emailed them 2 times regarding my order that just says processing still and yet still no email, call, or order. Very unhappy! Do not order from this place as it is a scam!"

"fail!! i sent in an order in April 2013 and it is mid June and i still havent gotten my order: I called 12 times during posted hours and my call was never answered, I emailed email@example.com 2 times and my emails were never answered, there isnt any information about my order online except to say it was processed, and finally the online chat has never once been open! epic fail!you think they would want to help since my order was for more than $300.00 they should just close shop and do something else."
"I put in an order with Rave Ready. I was e-mailed within a few days, saying that one of the items was backordered and that the shipment came in "bi-weekly" and that they would send it when it came. A month went by, I contacted them wondering where my order was, turns out even more was backordered now, so I asked for a refund and was told that it would be taken care of right away. Another month went by and I haven't heard from them again, and they still haven't refunded me a cent of my order. I will NEVER use this site again, and I highly suggest that you don't either."
"So I was looking for some new rave wear and stumble upon Rave Ready site and finally saw this Unicorn Hood that caught my eye and placed an order. I wasnt sure if i would recieve my order on time so I clicked the live chat and Alexia help me out. She check if my item was instock and made sure I was going to get my package on time. I have never live chat with customer service for any site and I can say Im happy I choose Rave Ready. .customer service was great and I will def be coming back to do more shopping !!"

"I just received my order and I am in love with the furry skirt and light up tutu I got! I went on their website and a wonderful representative on their new live chat thing helped me through my order and got it out the same day! it literally took less than 3 days to get to me. "I placed an order and received my package within the span they said and was happy to see that. After opening however, the glasses I had purchased were damaged, most likely from the USPS. I wrote an email to the support team of Rave Ready and they answered promptly to my request of a new item. They were quick to answering my emails, concerns, and handled it like true professionals. "I ordered on April 8th, it is now May 27th, and still nothing from my order has shipped! 7 weeks! When the order was placed, everything was denoted as "In Stock". On April 16th,the order status was still "processing". I sent an email to Alexia(if she's real", to inquire why my order had not shipped yet. 2 days later, she explained that all 3 items were on back order and that I should probably pick out a different set of UFO's, as they did not know if they would ever have the ones I picked out in stock again. We emailed back and forth to find a set that was actually in stock, and it took 4 options to find a pair. I wasn't happy, but was willing to make the change to get the order. After a few more weeks, and a few more bs emails from Rave Ready, I requested a partial order shipment of whatever was in stock. They said this was impossible, I'm assuming this was because they lied about having anything in stock. I worked for 70+ hours creating a custom dread wig & costume for Knife Party at the Ocean Club's summer opener in Boston, to go with the red/yellow/blue fluffies I had ordered from Rave ready. I went to the show in an incomplete costume, which I was very upset about. I have now stopped receiving emails and responses to my inquiries as of May 16th, and have told them I will be reporting them to my Bank for theft. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAVE READY AS YOU WILL NOT BE RAVE READY BY EVENT DAY! THESE ARE BURNT OUT RAVERS THAT ARE STEALING INNOCENT PEOPLE'S MONEY! AGAIN, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will never order from these thieves again. Hopefully my money be returned, but we'll see. I have filed a dispute through my bank and got my money back in just a few days. I strongly suggest you all do the same!"
