One issue - the clamp that holds the hose to the reel (so it doesn't stress the connection to the installed water hose) seems to be oversized for a normal 5\/8 inch garden hose. I had to fab up something to fill the space so the hose was held in place. Other than that good equipment. Rapid Reel needs to get their hose products NSF certified for potable water. Their products are excellent but that certification would be even better. By extensive research, no one in the market has a better hose or reel system. Also, the cam lever brake installation and then adjustment did not go well initially but I finally figured it out. I am not in favor of plastic used for this cam lever brake part and the soft metal pin and I am waiting for it to break. But with a ten year warranty, I am good for a while until it is made from high performance aluminum cam brake and SS pin, and they send me a new one. My eight year old model Rapid Reel is still working excellent. That is why I am back. Thank you Rapid Reel.
