"I ordered a week ago and no communication on shipping. I agree with the other reviewer... a week to process before shipping is unheard of. You should always ship your products within 48 hours max, otherwise sooner. Not very "rapid" to use RapidBuyr. Still no product on my doorstep. Leaving on vacation tomorrow for a week. Hope it doesn't get returned to sender because of your delay."

"OK ...They started out to be a good company to deal with...Great Prices and reasonable delivery time as well as Free Shipping..

HOWEVER.... My last order was placed on May 3rd....Still no notice of when it will ship...They are saying that the problem is a new computer system ???.... I called them them and all they could tell me is that I would receive an email update the following day..
The email was NOT received...."

"I bought the most beautiful android tablet from RapidBuyr, Asus Transformer. It was mailed quickly and appropriately. Unfortunately, the tablet had a defect that would not wake up from sleep mode. Suzanne Redlich, RapidBuyr's team associate, immediately started the process for an RMA. For some reason, Asus would not give her one so she send me a brand spanking new tablet in the meantime. Now, I had two tablets. I mailed the defective one back when I decided to keep the new one. What company trusts you enough to send you two units when you only bought one? None! They make you mail the bad one and send you a new one once they receive the bad one. You know how it goes. RapidBuyr is a first grade company offering first grade products, with a first grade Customer Service department to back them up. I totally recommend RapidBuyr to anybody. Thanks..."

"Not a good start. I ordered the product a week ago and had not received any shipping info. Today I submitted a customer service inquiry and suddenly the product has shipped. A week just to ship is unheard of these days and no info after purchase for a week is equally rare. I hope the product doesn't disappoint whenever it gets here"

I am very sorry that you were disappointed by the lack of communication about shipping. In your order confirmation e-mail, we stated that we may require up to one week to process your order. You should have received your tracking e-mail on 5/08 (a week after placing the order) and the package was delivered three days later (5/11), making the full time it took to receive the order 8 business days. We understand that you wanted to have more information about the status of your package so we will make sure to put this information in a more visible location on our deal pages so that customers are aware of our usual shipping time-frame. "I haven't gotten the product yet, so I will assume it is as ordered. But, that the fact that I don't yet have my order the point of this review. I submitted my order on 4/10/12 at 1:36pm Pacific Time. The order shipped out 4/18/12. The site says most orders go out within one or two days. Maybe most do, but I do not understand why it took them 8 days to get this in the mail. Maybe I am spoiled by Amazon, but 8 days to ship anything out is ridiculous. RapidBuyr really needs to work on their turnaround time to competitive with other online stores (not just Amazon). "

We are working to make the order provisioning and shipping process quicker than what we are providing now. Recently, we have changed the expected shipping time frame to a week, which is a better fit for the way that we currently operate. Our goal is to ship within a two day time span and as we grow, we will work hard to make that happen for our customers.

"Ordered "RedDot Design Award Winning Wireless Headphones". The price was right and it arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the headphones did not meet my expectations and were a great disappointment because they did not fit and were extremely uncomfortable. My head is slightly larger than the average person, but someone did not take the time to design them to fit a slightly larger than average head. They feel like a vice grip on my head and are itchy. It's a shame because they look great and probably function just fine. I didn't even bother to turn them on though because they fit so poorly and my ear lobes itched terribly, so I just put them back in the box. Now I'm trying to return them and so far that hasn't been very easy either. I've bought products in the past from RapidBuy that worked out just great. Seems like they might make be trying to make it difficult to facilitate return of items, however. It should should be easy to do, but I have to dig deeper than I want to to find out how. So far customer service has not responded to my email inquiry for over 24 hours."

"RapidBuyr was very quick to process order and instruct me on how to contact vendor - postupstand - regarding a trade show banner display I purchased. Postupstand was also very quick to instruct me to send them graphics to process. This is where it fell apart. I sent graphics; and was told to expect proof within 24 hours. A week later still no proof. After a call, person in charge said no one told her graphics came in. Strange since everything has been automated so far. She promised a quick response. We'll see. Could still turn out to be a good experience if product turns out great. Stay tuned."

"Ordered a power strip late Monday night, showed up Wed! Very fast turnaround. Only "complaint" is that they could have used a smaller box without the extra packing material."

"I was very impressed with my RapidBuyr experience. The site was very easy to use and it was great that it compared the price to other sites. The thing that I was most impressed with was the call I received from customer service. I purchased the item in MA, but it was being shipped to my sister with a different last name in NY. They called to make sure it was really me who placed the order. It made me feel safe ordering from them online. I will be ordering from them again! "
