"I have purchased several items from Rapid Buyr, and have been very satisfied. Items ship quickly, in good packaging, and good quality. The deals of the day are also offered at a very good price. I price the item from other sellers before purchasing.

I did have an issue one time with a gift card purchased from Rapid Buyr. When I entered the code to redeem the card, the message was that I had less than what the value of the card was supposed to be for. This however, was an issue with the supplier of the gift card. After contacting Rapid Buyr customer service, they resolved the issue by getting me a new certificate number.

I am very pleased with Rapid Buyr!

"I was very impressed. I had bought a phone cover from RapidBuyr, then later realized I had made a mistake and it was for a different brand of phone than I have. I sent an email to RapidBuyr asking if I could cancel the order and get a refund. Within minutes I received a reply that they had cancelled the order - NO problem! It was that easy! It really made me feel confident about buying through RapidBuyr in the future, knowing that they have such great customer service and such a friendly refund policy. "

"I wasn't sure about a product, so contacted customer support. They were quick, helpful, and helped me get the right product (which worked great!). The fact it was a great price didn't hurt, either! Would definitely buy from again."

"Bought an Iphone charger advertised on Steveworld web site from Rapidbuyr in Mid -December. Told it would take 7-10 days. followed up with them Jan7 2013 they said it would be another 2-4 days. Contacted them 3 times today 1/11/13 got a tracking number that does not exist. Will be contacting credit card company and BBB on Monday 1/14/13 about this Fraud site as I have already been billed for non-existant goods."

"I ordered on 12/18, I have no item, have not gotten any tracking info, other than an apology for them being overwhelmed supposedly by all the orders. Strange that they were so overwhelmed that they could not ship my items yet days ago they advertised the same items again. Nothing Rapid, just a scam it appears.

UPDATE...1/13/2013 ORDERED 12/18 STILL NO DELIVERY OF ANYTHING, GOT INFO THAT IT SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL, NOT THE TRUTH AGAIN, IT SHIPPED REGULAR MAIL OVER 5 DAYS AGO SUPPOSEDLY, YET IT IS STILL NOT HERE, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR IT QUICKLY, WHICH I AM NOW GETTING CHARGES TAKEN OFF

UPDATE....1/15 STILL NO ITEM, YET SAYS WAS TO SHIP AS OF 1/5 , NOW THEY SAY THEY ARE REFUNDING MONEY, YET NO REASON WHY NO ITEM, LIED ABOUT SHIPPING ETC, SAFEGUARD YOUR ACCOUNT INFO AS I BET THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOUR CARDS IN THE FUTURE

"My experience has not been great (still waiting for my order). Although the prices are very good, the service is very slow. If I had known that it was going to take a week to process the order then another 1 to 5 days for UPS to ship it, I would have gone somewhere else. So if you are not in a hurry for your item it may be worth the wait but that is just not for me."

"UPDATE: RapidBuyr contacted me an hour after I posted my review and REFUNDED my purchase, and are reviewing their supplier. So give RapidBuyer a chance on other items. I am over the intial disappointment and feel confident in using RapidBuyer in the future.

JUNK. Seller should be banned. Wall charger AND car charger did NOT work at all out of the box. Earbuds sound muted and muffled. Completely unsatisfactory. The only piece that works is the cable, which I checked on my home computer."

"I LOVE RapidBuyr. They have great products and i look forward to their daily deals. As a small business owner, i really like the idea of banding together with others so we can get big discounts on stuff i like and need. I've purchased about 7 times and I've only had 1 product ship a bit later than expected, but customer service notified me and i got the product. Keep up the great work!"

"This is the first time I've dealt with RapidBuyr and I'm not happy at all. It's by no means "rapid". After a week of waiting with no shipment notification, I contacted customer service and was advised "There was a bit of a delay with the item at the warehouse". As of this review, I still have not received a shipping notification and it's been two weeks since the order was placed!"
