Quick to respond to my initial query. I liked the fact that I had a 100% guarantee that the memory would work ok in my Acer laptop. Even though I was offered cheaper RAM by other companies I felt that the product offered by Ramcity was better quality. My order was delivered on time and I had no problems after instal. I've ordered from this vendor 3 times now- all 3 times for an upgrade to a near-if-not totally obsolete laptop. They were attentive, shipped promptly, the price was right and followed up with invoicing - the whole process was seamless and efficient. Other vendors should strive for this type of customer service. Bravo RamCity!

My order was for 2 pieces of RAM for my 10-year-old IBM ThinkPad (notebook PC). The RAM type is PC66 128MB - almost impossible to find nowadays as it has been obsolete for many years.  
 
RamCity was able to obtain it from Kingston, (the famous memory manufacturers in the USA), where it was manufactured specially for my order and I received it only 9 days after ordering it!  
 
Well done to RamCity! Their service, both before and after the sale, has been absolutely first class! Communication was excellent and email response was very quick, sometimes as quick as a few minutes.  
 
I would certainly deal with them again and I would also recommend RamCity to anyone who needs any kind of memory device, from PC and notebook RAM to memory cards for digital cameras. They also have USB flash memory and multimedia storage devices.
