reply posted Jul-02-2012 “We sincerely apologize that we have failed to meet the expectations and have tried to resolve the situation to full satisfaction. We had provided information within one business day of the order that there was to be an expected shipping delay. Unfortunately, this shipping situation was beyond our control due to Tropical Storm Debby. Regardless, as the package was still not delivered by the scheduled date, we have issued a full refund of the shipping cost. We would be happy to do do whatever it takes to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customer.”
