"After all the negative reviews I was very nervous about ordering from Rage, but the price was so tempting I just had to give it a try. Before I did I tried calling the 800 number, and the phone was promptly answered, no problem there.

I told him of the bad reviews here, he said he was still in business and doing fine, and apparently didn't know about these reviews. I decided to give him a try.

The order shipped the same day and was received the next. Though I had ordered 3 I only received two batteries. I dropped him a note and the next day I got an apology and it shipped the same, again received the next.

All in all I couldn't be happier. Everyone makes a mistake, and as long as it taken care of promptly I hold no grudge. This was a good experience and I'd buy from them again in a second!"

"Like the prior customer I was also concerned but decided to give Rage Battery a chance. I submitted a question about stock status and brand name of some SLA batteries and received an answer in about an hour. I placed an order (about $160) and received a an order confirmation within minutes and then a shipping confirmation within a day with a UPS trackign number. The batteries (NP7-12) were indeed the Enersys brand and had a recent date code. So I am very pleased."

"This was my first purchase from Rage. I Bought (2) Rhino SLA10-12 12V 12Ah batteries. Their price was very good, S&H was very reasonable, they accepted PayPal, they shipped quickly and the batteries arrived in good condition on the 3rd business day even though I had selected UPS Ground for shipping. Will definitely do business with these folks again."

"After extensively researching and price comparing the product and shipping costs between several companies, I found Rage Battery to have the best deal. I placed the order inline on a Friday night and recieved the item on Tuesday. Very fast order processing and shipping. I was notified by e-mail as each step of my order was processed. I really like that. The battery I needed is made by several manufacturers and some of the other sellers said product you receive may vary from picture. The battery I received was exactly like the one shown at Rage Battery. This was an excellent ordering experience all around.
During the checkout process, I did add an extra item (4 AA rechargable batteries) to the shopping cart and that doubled the shipping charges. I thought that was unreasonable and removed the item. I am sure if I had been making a phone order, the excessive shipping cost could have been appropriately adjusted down.
I will buy from this company again."
