Ordered 2 batteries for my son's ride on toy and before Rage Battery updated their web page with shipping information, the batteries had arrived. It took just 2 days from my order for the batteries to arrive. No problems at all.

Received my order within a few days, exactly as expected. Installed in the application and the battery worked as expected. Good job.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Rage Battery rates 11! Large inventory, prompt service and shipping and very much customer oriented. On one order I was shipped two of the batteries I ordered, but, I only ordered one. I emailed them about the error and asked about returning the extra battery. They replied, stating I should just keep the extra battery at no charge. Now, that's customer service.

This is a positive review, attention was wanted and attention was given Thanks Jerry. Do to the shipping problem, I never receive the order to my house. A Previous order has a minor glitch but was handled professionly. Jerry reprocessed my order and hand carried every step of the was, thanks again.

We were very happen with the service we got. My husband called two different times to them about the order and they were very helpful with his questions.

Delivery was very prompt and well-packaged. Item was as represented. On-line ordering was very easy and received a very prompt email confirming order. Very satisfied with this vendor.

After extensively researching and price comparing the product and shipping costs between several companies, I found Rage Battery to have the best deal. I placed the order inline on a Friday night and recieved the item on Tuesday. Very fast order processing and shipping. I was notified by e-mail as each step of my order was processed. I really like that. The battery I needed is made by several manufacturers and some of the other sellers said product you receive may vary from picture. The battery I received was exactly like the one shown at Rage Battery. This was an excellent ordering experience all around.  
During the checkout process, I did add an extra item (4 AA rechargable batteries) to the shopping cart and that doubled the shipping charges. I thought that was unreasonable and removed the item. I am sure if I had been making a phone order, the excessive shipping cost could have been appropriately adjusted down.  
I will buy from this company again.

This was my first purchase from Rage. I Bought (2) Rhino SLA10-12 12V 12Ah batteries. Their price was very good, S&H was very reasonable, they accepted PayPal, they shipped quickly and the batteries arrived in good condition on the 3rd business day even though I had selected UPS Ground for shipping. Will definitely do business with these folks again.
