always an easy task ordering from rage batteries. prices are always very competitive, they keep you informed of every step your oder takes to be delivered to your door, and delivery time is always quick and on the mark. i have no reservations in ordering from rage. i know i will get what i ordered on the delivery date promised.

The product was exactly what I was looking for, and the batteries were the best price of all other sites I searched, shipping included! The only problem was that they had an administrative error and sent it to the wrong zip code, so after two weeks of not receiving the product, I had to hunt someone down. After that, it only took two days.

Second time dealing with this site. Product delivered on time and to spec. However their packaging for shipment left a lot to be desired. Two Heavy batteries in large box, positioned at each end of box with no additional padding. Some bubble wrap NOT around product but stuffed in between them. Kept box ballanced but offered no protection to Batteries. Although box came with a rip beginning along one lower side with the edge of the battery exposed, it arrived undamaged. Must have just happened.  
 
Will continue to do business with this reseller when I need more of what they carry.

Ordered 2 batteries for my son's ride on toy and before Rage Battery updated their web page with shipping information, the batteries had arrived. It took just 2 days from my order for the batteries to arrive. No problems at all.

Received my order within a few days, exactly as expected. Installed in the application and the battery worked as expected. Good job.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Rage Battery rates 11! Large inventory, prompt service and shipping and very much customer oriented. On one order I was shipped two of the batteries I ordered, but, I only ordered one. I emailed them about the error and asked about returning the extra battery. They replied, stating I should just keep the extra battery at no charge. Now, that's customer service.

This is a positive review, attention was wanted and attention was given Thanks Jerry. Do to the shipping problem, I never receive the order to my house. A Previous order has a minor glitch but was handled professionly. Jerry reprocessed my order and hand carried every step of the was, thanks again.
