"I was moving and so couldn't get it assembled until now.

I am not a gamer, nor have I seen the chassis I ordered completely opened until I got it. So I was quite surprised to learn that, in order to use the DVD and all-in-one card reader I purchased, I will have to unlock the front of the case and swing it open, disabling the much touted air flow, as the fans swing out with the door.

I have never before seen a chassis that closed in the front bays, whose entire point is front access to devices during operation. This is why it didn't occur to me to ask.

I purchased this machine primarily for CGI rendering. I guess I'll have to make sure that I don't try to listen to a new CD during a render, or I'll have to rip it down first, and as I normally work with my PC on my right, I'll have to rearrange the workspace to put this one on my left, as the door swings out left.

During ordering, assembling, testing and burn-in; not one technician thought to contact me and let me know about this little quirk. I may have (probably not) gone with the same chassis, but I would have at least been informed about the issue. Caveat emptor.

Other than that, the Lian Li PC-P80B is an incredibly well-built case and the wiring done by Radioactive is the most professional I have ever seen. Looked more like a Lambergini than a PC.

Despite my dissatisfaction with the bay thing, this machine will serve my work purposed for the next five years easily."

"My Dell Inspiron computer was stolen in December. I had a $500 deductible with my home owner's insurance, so I had to scrape together the money for a new computer and they would reimburse me. Meanwhile I used an older computer with 256 mbs of ram and onboard video that couldn't play most of my movies. I spent alot of time online comparing prices, getting myself updated on computing 2011. I found one site that told you how to build your own computer. I'm not a hard-core geek, but I figured I could do it. The site was an excellent guide for what goes into a computer and the guy was specific about why one kind of memory was better than another, or what to look for in a power supply, chassis, hard drive, the works. So I made up a list of what my dream computer would have in it. I went to newegg, tigerdirect, amazon, ebay.....I hit every place Google came up with, one of which was Radioactive PC. I configured and re-configured, shopped around some more.
Well, they emailed me! That impressed me alot and I gave them a call late one Friday or Saturday night with some questions about shipping. I had to leave a message, but I got a call back ten minutes later. I got my questions answered, but I was still shopping. A few more calls and emails and I decided to go with Radioactive PC. I was in touch with the man building my computer through the entire process. It was while my PC was on the workbench that Intel released the news of a flaw in some of their chips. So the people at Radioactive gave me a rundown of my options. I wanted a Sandy Bridge CPU so much and they were just fantastic to work with. They had already figured out some workarounds if I wanted to stick with the Sandy Bridge, which I did. Turns out my processor wasn't one of the recalled chips. Everything in it has been strenuously tested and passed with flying colors. I've been in seventh heaven since my new pc arrived.

If you're in the market for a new computer, there's nowhere else to go. I've got a quality piece of craftsmanship sitting here. I'm one of many very satisfied customers and just had to spread the word! Plus I got a way awesome T-shirt :)It's too bad I can only give them 5 stars because they are way up beyond that.

"I've had my PC from Radioactive a while now and have yet to find anything negative to mention about my experience with them. Their customer service has been excellent, and I felt I was involved in every step of the build process.

The PC came in and worked right out of the box.
Upon opening the case the attention to detail and quality turned from promise to reality - everything was neat and well laid out. It was immediately evident that a large amount of forethought and attention had been given every aspect of the process.

My decision to buy from them stemmed from wanting a higher end PC at a reasonable price. I had enough knowledge to know exactly what I wanted, but didn't want to put it together myself - it was the best of both worlds to be able to design my computer and still have the peace of mind that it had been put together and approved by a professional.

I would highly recommend Radioactive PC to anyone looking to buy a new PC. "

"Note: The PC was ordered from Blitzby Computers, store front of Radioactive PC.

After an exhaustive search through Ebay buy-it-now items, I chose this seller. Their prices and warranty exceeded the others, when browsing non-refurbished PC's. Further communication led to a painless upgrade of a secondary HDD by way of email and PayPal. The item arrived in good time and the quality of build was exceptional. I would recommend this company over a corporation based on their price and communication."

"Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
It is an honest and non-biased account of my experience with Radioactive PC/Blitzby custom built computer company.
First off, I rarely write reviews, only when I have either a wonderful or horrible experience with a company.
My experience with Radioactive PC was absolutely marvelous!! I can't say enough about their outstanding customer service, craftsmanship, computer quality, friendliness, and helpfulness.
The people at this company will go the extra mile to ensure you are a completely satisfied customer.
I spent months researching PCs and communicating with computer sellers on Ebay and at retail stores.
Radioactive PC was the only company that always answered all my questions honestly, thoroughly, and promptly (and I asked a lot of questions!!). They were the only company willing to sell me the PC that I wanted at the price I could afford.
I am completely satisfied (thrilled) with the PC they built for me and with their customer service.
They truly care about their customers and build high quality computers.
Honestly, my experience with Brandon and the awesome people at this company could not have been better!
Thanks a lot Radioactive PC, and don't change a thing!! Sincerely, E. Gray, Melbourne, FL"

I spent several months researching computer building companies and finally decided to go with Radioactive PC... I am forever thankful that I made this decision. This small and exclusive company made my ordering process a pleasure and spent generous amounts of time talking to me about my needs and concerns. When my computer arrived it was immediately clear how much effort and meticulous attention goes into the building of their machines. I am continually in awe of the computer's flawless performance and Radioactive's exemplary support staff. In short, I could speak volumes regarding my consistant pleasure in dealing with Radioactive PC. "
