I usually buy from Tennis Warehouse (awesome) but ordered from Raquette Depot because they offered a couple small accessories TW did not carry. The RD web site listed all the items in stock, and a phone conversation confirmed their availability. I ordered Monday expecting the items in time for the weekend. By the next week, I had received nothing, so I called them again. My order was held up due to out of stock items (a hat). The next day I was called to say the order had shipped, and I recieved an email with a USPS tracking number. A week later I had still not received anything, and according to the USPS site, the package had not been turned over to the PO for pick up yet. Customer service at RD is friendly but I have the feeling I am getting the run around. It shouldnt take nearly three weeks to get a bag, hat and some wrist bands that were supposedly in stock. I spend approx $600 a month on sportswear, gear and accessories, and RD will not get any of that in the future!
