I'm satisfied with the product, instructions were a bit unclear. While inspecting hardware, I found 4 extra screws and 4 extra washers (extra because nowhere in instructions were they mentioned.

I was under the impression that I finished my review. I said, It was a fantastic delivery time. The enclosed instructions were great. I have installed the rack the day it arrived here. No problems, all worked the way it was promissed. Excelent for all aspects.

Excellent company to work with. I tried contacting both Thule and Yakima directly for assistance without any type of response before finding Rack Attack. Delivery was quick and accurate.
Their customer service after he sale has been outstanding. I contacted them several times with questions about installing my new racks and received fast and detailed responses.
Highly recommend to anyone. Did I mention that the prices were lower than both Yakima and Thule directly?!?

Ordered Thule bike rack due to outstanding videos showcasing products. Received product in a matter of days. Great pricing, great shipping and perfect product. I highly recommend Rack Attack.

I have ordered from Rack Attack twice in the last two months because their prices are very competative, and have been very pleased with the speed at which the order was filled and shipped. With the most recent order, I placed it at 9am this morning and it was tagged for shipping by noon today.

service was prompt, but the item was not as described and not all of the pieces matched. It would of cost too much to ship it back so I had to purchase the right item from another source, very disatisfied

The details on the Yakima Universal SNAR are clearly laid out on the product details page, http://www.rackattack.com/product-pages/yakima-universal-snar-snap-arounds.asp.
The SNARs work with all Yakima accessories however they are limited to Thule Bike Carriers, and will not work on anything else. You should see this covered in the 4th bullet point. |

Art, fro, Portland rackattack, was excellent. I couldn't get my spare tire off my car as my thule rack was locked on and the keys had been taken out of my car in a recent robbery. Thank you, Art and to the system rackattack developed for helping me get my life back on the road.

I received the rack on Wednesday January 16, 2008. Due to the extremely cold weather I have only installed the landing pads, but I was able to see how the rack would fit my Honda CRV and it looks great!! Thanks Rack Attack
