"Awesome customer service! I used Rack Attack to order additional keys for a cargo carrier I had bought years ago. Unfortunately, during my original attempt to do so, my web browser crashed. I subsequently accomplished my purchase on another computer but that had inadvertently placed two orders! Within hours I had received a call from Rack Attack to confirm my order. These guys blew me away...anymore today you just don't see that kind of 'give a crap' factor! "

"Yesterday I looked up to Thule bike racks that I was having a hard time finding in Ottawa. Their price beat MEC's by $50 per rack (thule 594xt) and included free shipping. I thought I can wait a week for the shipping if I'm saving $100 with the 2 racks. When I arrived to work the next day (today) at 9am, the purolator truck was unloading them. Less than 24 hours since ordering and I got them! Thanks!!"

"They say the best way to succeed is to under promise and over deliver. WOW - that must be your mission statement! I ordered a bike rack from Rack Attack, and from my experience with other retailers I expected to wait 3-4 business days (over a weekend, so add an additional 2 days - all together 5 days or so). To my delight Rack Attack had my rack to me in less than 48 hours. I couldn't believe it - I am so impressed - thank you so much!

"I ordered an Yakima S45 Whispbar, which was advertised at 10% off of the MSRP. I didn't see the discount applied at check out, but assumed that it would be applied at some point. Nope, I was wrong. Either something needs to be fixed in the online store, of this is fraudulent advertising!"

"I purchased a Thule rack and cargo container for my VW Touareg from Rack Attack. I drove over an hour in the rain from Colorado Springs, and It was totally worth it. Their selection and stock or racks and carriers was amazing. They actually wanted to help me unlike the few places that I visited in Colorado Springs! They responded quickly to my email inquiry and gave me a great price!!! They also had their factory trained professional installers install the rack and cargo box for me for free in just a matter of minutes! This kind of customer service seems to be hard to find these days. I would strongly recommend Rack Attack to anyone!!!"

"Ordered a Thule 9010XT bike rack on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. However they delivered the incorrect model # - Thule 9010. Called customer service and the associate informed me that I would receive the shipment by Tuesday.
I did receive the correct item on Tuesday but I had to drop off the box at a UPS office as there was an extra charge for UPS to pick up the box from my home! It was Rack Attack's error but I had to do the running around and this was an issue for me ?

"I took our 2011 Ford Edge to Rack Attack in Coquitlam. Quote was $500 vs the $360 at U-Haul. But I thought they would do a better job. They came down to $420 saying that U-Haul online was using the wrong wiring set-up. Anyway, I let them install the hitch which looks good but they just butchered the wiring. spliced into the wiring, loose, unprotected wires running through the spare tire well and then the kicker... They didn't run the wire to the hitch but coiled up a few feet of wire, put flexible conduit around it and told me to run it out the back when towing, closing the hatch on the wire. They said they don't like to drill holes through peoples vehicles and that and inch and a half hole could allow water and exhaust gases to penetrate into the cabin. I admit I know very little about installing a hitch, hence, I went to the experts. But even I cannot imagine that anyone would want to run wiring in this manner. They never called me to ask if this is what I wanted or if I would prefer to have the wire run to the hitch. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff were indifferent, no care attitude; asked me if I had looked at the wiring diagram online and that 95% of installs are done in this way. Yet I have never seen this on the road and anyone I know with a hitch thinks it is ridiculous. To remedy this they told me I could come back the next day and for an additional charge they would run the wires to the hitch. Really unprofessional shop, no communication, don't live up to their guarantees at all - didn't even bother cleaning up their clippings and bits of wires in the trunk. I have no confidence to go back because I have no idea what they would do and if they even cared enough to do a professional job. I will never ever go back and I would tell anyone to think twice to go to this shop. Went to the Ford dealer to have the mess cleaned up. They wired it to the outside in less than an hour."

"I ordered a bike rack SportRack for 4 bikes. During assembly I noticed that it is scratched all over. I contacted Jordan to customer service and it tells me that it is the fault of Thule. The rack was delivered by Thule Ganby, Quebec. He stated that he will contact the representative and he will give me news. After a few emails, nobody called me. Product Quality and Customer Service or execrable...

"When I ordered more of a product than needed, a customer service representative reached out to me to let me know. He was able to change my order saving me the time and effort of having to return items that I didn't need. I am very impressed with the support this company offers. Thank you!"

"THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. GAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS (OUR ERROR) THEY STILL SENT OUT THE NEW ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. JOSH TOOK THE INFO AS TO THE SENDER AND THE RECEIVER AND THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME ADDRESS (WRONG) AND THE ADDRESS WAS NOT CORRECTED. HOPE MY GRANDSON GETS HIS GIFT!! WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN."

"GREAT !!!!

Got a Thule model 990XT for my 2007 Honda Civic Sedan.

Install was easy and everything locks!

The rack locks to my hitch, my road bike locks to the rack!
I can leave my bike in the rack overnight at hotel or stopping to eat/drink ;-) without worring about my bike getting stolen!!!

I can now throw away my cheap trunk rack and transport in style.

Rackattack.com was fantastic, this was a gift from my wife for Christmas and I could not be happier with the selction, price and phone/on-line help from this company.

The rack folds up when not in use and folds down when you want to load your bikes. Do NOT buy a cheap trunk rack at big box stores for your expensive road bike, buy a good rack and run with the big boys!!!
