Rack Attack is amazing!! Not only was the item I wanted $20 cheaper, it shipped for free. I ordered on Wednesday and had my items by Friday! Keep up the great service!

Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. This stuff can be confusing. Will definitely buy more stuff from these guys.  
 
Not a big fan, however, of the restocking fee. I worked something out with them on an exchange but if you're sending back something brand new in the box there should be no restocking fee when you're buying over the internet, especially when you're paying suggested retail.

Very pleased with the order process and the overall experience. Shipping was on time and order comfirmation was accurate. Racks were easy to install and exactly what I had expected. Universal mount on existing car racks worked great. Only thing I added was a piece of innertube around my crossbars under the rackmount. Ready to fill the racks and go skiing now. Thanks

Web site was easy to use, very helpful given a very complex order...I needed guidance on exactly what would work with my car and I got it in spades. The order shipped so fast I was shocked, and I received all items well packed with great instructions. A+.

The reviews here encouraged me to make a call to Rack Attack, the experience was wonderful, very knowledgeable and generous with their time. They helped me identify my options, did not push an expensive solution on me and let me hang up without pressure to buy.  
 
Fifteen minutes later after finding competitive pricing, I submitted via their price matching form a better online price, they called ME back within 30 minutes and gladly beat the price. Order was completed over the phone and shipped the same day. The rack was shipped from their closest store and arrived within two days of the order via UPS.  
 
Including the time to install the SKS lock upgrade, I was able to install the Yakima Fork Lift on the stock RAV4 crossbars in less just under twelve minutes.  
 
Will consider Rack Attack first for any future car rack purchases, as the reviews for this reseller are spot on.

Rack Attack beat Santa Claus to San Diego on Christmas Eve! Last minute gift of Thule base rack and ski/snowboard carrier to Navy ensign daughter ordered four days before Christmas arrived on time!

Although the inconvenience of finding out my car didn't have the perfect solution, Scott Caldwell managed to take care of me. He was very helpful and informative on getting me to where I needed to be with my roof rack problem. He gave me options to choose from that were not presented to me by Yakima, definitely better than their reply of "We don't have anything for you." The fact that he helped as well as he did means I will be a returning customer, Thanks.

I ordered two Racor wall racks for storing downhill skis. Product was exactly as described. Shipping was fast. However, the item was packed in another product box when it arrived so I didn't know it was what I ordered. I therefore, returned it. After contacting Rack Attack, they informed me that they ship the items in whatever box they have avaiable and apologized for the incovenience and took complete ownership of the mishap and reshipped it without charge to me. Even though there was a shipping mishap, I am very satisfied with the product and would definitely order from them again. THeir customer service dept is exceptional!

Slow to ship, placed order on the 30th and it immediately claimed to have "Shipped" on their website, but UPS did not receive the package for shipping until the 4th. 5 days to get a product to UPS is a bit much in my opinion.  
 
Other than the slow processing, the Yakima rack is a Yakima rack and works as expected.

Great job Rackattack. My order was backordered and rackattack did a great job of communicating status and got it to me in time. Sadly my thule carrier arrived broken. Dustin did a great job with return calls, call backs and outstanding service to help arrange a replacement through the manufacturer. I would rate rackattack service as five stars and give credit to their excellent service resolving issues.
