"After two months of research, I've decided to buy a notebook model that is not too common to find. I've used an internet forum and the Reseller Ratings site to choose a good deal that would not give me headaches, and rjtech appeared as one of the possible choices.
I ordered on September 2nd, payed by PayPal and received my Order Confirmation (by e-mail) on the next day (3rd). My order was shipped on Sep. 7 (after the weekend), and arrived on Sep. 13, because I used UPS Ground.
My computer arrived in perfect condition. All the CD drivers, the same configuration I asked. Everything worked fine, and I don't have any dead pixel/subpixel, which is more than great. Thank you, Richard. :)
Even if their page doesn't look professional (and the information is a little dispersed), I can recommend them for anyone looking for, at least, notebooks (the only experience I have with them). Maybe they have such page to not rise the costs, I don't know. At least it works and their prices are good. However, be sure when buying from them, because they charge a restocking fee. If you are sure like I was, it's not a problem at all.
These guys are great. Thumbs up. Recommend, without even thinking first."
"Purchased a customized Sager laptop. There was a slight problem with my check card (had to have the bank raise my single-transaction limit), but I got an email from them right away, and quick communication back and forth when getting the problem solved. The laptop arrived when stated, and was very well packed. Would definitely buy from these guys again."
"When I want to buy barebones or a complete PC I use RJTech.com everytime! They have the newest hardware and excellent support! If I ask them to add something to my order they fix it. And their prices is the best!"
"RJ Tech was one the companies I looked at, and although they didn't offer the best prices, they had the best combination of price/customer satisfaction. The buying process was very smooth but I'm not sure about their customer service reps since I ordered online. Their turnaround time is very quick; mine shipped 4 days after I ordered it. The only qualm I have with the process was that they didn't keep me updated about my order, as there is no order status page at their site. The CL56 I ordered worked great out of the box(as soon as I installed all the components that is), there is one small dead pixel at the bottom right corner of the screen, but unless you look very carefully, its hard to see. Would buy from them again!"

"I have had my new laptop from R&J tech for about 5 weeks. Submitting an order was easy and straightforward - I used the online form. My order was processed and my computer built in four business days, and took five business days to ship.
My computer arrived well packaged and generally as ordered. My one minor complaint is that the folks at R&J had created a user profile - 'Unknown' - while setting up windows 7 and some system files still have that as the user name. I'm not bothered enough to change it, but still...
All said, the process was relatively quick and painless, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another computer from R&J.
There are a couple of things I would like to say about the product, even though they don't necessarily have bearing on the seller.
I purchased the Clevo W860CU, and find the appearance of the computer generally to my liking. The keyboard is excellent, and typing on it feels good; having a keypad is also nice. The touchpad I'm a little disappointed with - the buttons seem stiff and unresponsive. It's still usable, but I keep a mouse on hand so I don't have to.
One thing that bothered me initially about the computer was how incredibly loud it is. The fans are distracting even (especially) when the computer is idling, doing something that shouldn't be producing enough heat to warrant fan use, and the "silent mode" is useless. To anyone who purchases this laptop, I have three suggestions: 1)There is a sticker on the inside of the case covering one of the vents. Remove it. 2)R&J offers to sell a heatshift pad to help with cooling. You are far better off skipping the pad and propping up the back of the laptop with a book. Even better, you can buy a laptop stand that does the same thing. It helps. A lot. 3)Download the AMD GPU clock tool (this is assuming you have Radeon graphics. Nvidia has a similar tool, I believe) and use it to reduce the clock speed of the graphics processor when you're not using graphics processing power.
That will help keep fan noise down. In every other respect I've been pleased with my purchase."

"Excellent Service! I ordered a Pentium 4 2.4 GHz DeskNote with 40 GB HD, 512Mb Ram and a battery pack. Everything arrived on time and in good order. Unfortunately and no fault of RandJ the keyboard enter key stopped working after three weeks. I got a RMA promptly with no hassles. I returned it and got a brand new unit on time. The DVD drive was a little sticky and I expressed my frustration with it on a Friday and RandJ issued a call tag to pick it up free of charge the following Monday! After working the drive in and out over the weekend it appears to be ok so I had the call tag cancelled. However I was extremely impressed by their prompt and courteous service! I am also very happy with the quality of the products that they ship (as good as you can get from the manufacture!) I would definitely buy from them again and I would also recommend them to my friends! ( I already have.)"

"R&J Tech is great, bought a barebones Clevo M860ETU at a great price. Had some issues with the original unit Richard Wu took care of it no problem! Had a new unit in a few days no questions asked, they even answer the phone when you call for support! Buy from this company without hesitation. By the way the computer is great too!
