"I have purchased a P150HM from R&J Tech and I was very happy with the laptop. They even checked the dead pixel for me for free before shipping out as I am an international customer since they do not offer the pixel warranty outside of the US. Fast response from e-mails. A great company to deal with!"

"Around september 2011 I've bought two clevo laptops from them, each in a different order.
Each order was perfectly performed. No complains.
Before the payment is done, they are not difficult for changing something in your order. Also communication via e-mail is very good.

7 months later, I'm still satisfied. And no dead pixels which is very important!

I'm an international customer (Belgian), and despite the crisis, it's stil much cheaper than the European market (Tax including).
It's a good company...but they have to make more publicity or a better "conversation management" so more people will explore their website.

Conclusion: Great customer service. They do what they have to do :)

next target: the new P150EM with the future GTX 680m (hopefully) :D"

"I've ordered numerous bare-bones laptops over the past several years and RJ has always been my go to supplier. They have extremely fast shipping once the parts become available and they are always available via phone to help troubleshoot if you need it. I cannot recommend them enough if you are in the market for a high-end laptop."

"When I want to buy barebones or a complete PC I use RJTech.com everytime!

"Rjtech is a great company to do business with. I have purchased 3 Clevo W150HNQ from them on three separate orders, and every order was handled to my satisfaction. I called them on 2 separate occasions and each time my call was answered promptly and handled with courtesy. Orders ship as promised. I have no complaints about this company whatsoever."

"Great place to get a barebone at an affordable price especially since very few places offer barebones. Customer service was splendid when answering my questions over email despite it being a bit slow sometimes. However, the buying experience was smooth and they even price matched against another place for me. My clevo p151 came in on time and in pristine condition ready for me to tinker with. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future when I want to make a new build."

"Very good service. I originally ordered a Clevo P170HM with a nVidia GTX 485M, however the day after my check cleared I noticed they had just made the AMD/ATI HD 6970M available on their site for $200 less. Preferring the 6970M over the 485M, I emailed them asking if I could adjust my order and be credited back the $200 dollars. They responded quickly and changed my order, and my refund cleared through PayPal a few days later!

Building and shipping were very quick, and once I received my laptop I put all my additional components that I had ordered elsewhere in and my notebook worked flawlessly!

I will do business again with R&J Tech in a few years when I need a new high-end gaming notebook! Thanks for selling bare-bone notebooks R&J Tech!"
