I placed my order Sunday night Oct. 9th, 2011 and it arrived Friday afternoon, the 14th. Over all I'm very satisfied with them. If you look at all the one star reviews, they occurred during the month of December 2010. I figure they were just under staffed for the Holiday season. Got a quality part quick and cheap!"
"I ordered a Browning 3" 12GA 22" Deer Special (Rifled) barrel from Browning in March 2011, they told me they wouldn't have it in stock until mid August 2011 and that it would be $420.
At the time R&R Arms was out of stock on this item but I asked to be notified when it became available, sure enough on June 1st I got an email and I purchased the barrel for $360 including shipping, it showed up on June 7th, 5 business days later.
I am very pleased and I must say RELIEVED after reading all the negative reviews below. While I must admit you cannot reach them by phone or by the email on their website, but if you email Mike@rrarms.com, he WILL reply to you. He got back to me in 6 hours and even provided me with a UPS tracking number.
Its most likely a small company, but I will definitely order from these guys again, excellent shipment time and unbeatable prices!!!"

"I was amazed to find a DPMS LR308B in stock and at a great price. I quickly placed my order with R&R. I then went on line and found several very bad reviews and was very worried that I had made a huge mistake ($1000). I placed my order on Friday 2-25-11 and worried all weekend. Then on Monday i was sent a message that my order had shipped! It arrived that week on Friday, exactly 1 week from the day I ordered it. It was everything I expected and more. They sent it in a nice, hard lockable case and included a free license plate holder with the R&R logo on it and some cool bumper stickers. My FFL dealer agreed that I had got a great deal. I assume many of the problems they have had with customer service is because of being overwhelmed with orders and I believe they have a very small staff employed. I will be making several more purchase with R&R Arms and was completely satisfied with the purchase of my new AR. Sincerely, Waylon "

"I was looking for an item via Google search on 1/10/11. I came across R&R as a seller of the item I wanted. They had it in stock and the price was much lower than any other place I looked at. While looking into the place I came across this site's reviews, which did not look very good. I also called their number and got no answer and the message as another review mentioned. But I really wanted the item bad and went ahead and pulled the trigger (no pun inteded). I sent a message along mentioning the reviews and my concerns. I was happy that I immediately received a response that my item would ship the next day. It did and I received a UPS tracking number. Today (1/13/11) my package arrived safely and exactly as advertised. I have nothing but good things to say about R&R and will continue to go there first when looking for future items. "
"Don't order anything from this merchant (R & R Arms, Inc. or rrarms.com); this appears to be nothing but a scam or fraud. They may have been a business at some point in time, but it appears that they are no longer an active business. As others have reported, they don't answer any phone calls, they don't respond to email or fax requests for information - they are completely uncommunicative. I ordered a replacement barrel and a choke tube, both of which were noted as "in stock" and "available", and both were reported as shipping within 5 days of order. It appears that all of that was a lie or otherwise fraudulent, because as of 12/13/10, I've received no contact from R & R Arms, and I've certainly haven't received any product. I'll dispute the charge with credit card company today, and shop elsewhere. /Bill (Charlotte NC)"
"Ordered on Nov 19th. Since money was taken out of the account on nov 22, haven't heard from and they haven't answered the phone or emails since and today is Dec. 8th. Phone calls get message that "all representatives busy at this time. please call back." 24/7 since. Calling bank to dispute charges today. Wish I had seen the other bad reviews of this crappy "company" before I ordered. Address on website is wrong. Edit.... Moved to Beltrami Line Rd. same town, a year ago acording to local police. Now jusistiction of Hubbard Co Sheriff's Office. "

"I order an in stock item on 24 Nov 2010, I recieved my email order confermation the same day saying they would send the tracking information when the order shipped. I have not recieved any confermation yet or the order as of 08 Dec 2010. They don't respond to emails and I can not get thru on the phone. This company sucks. I will never order from them again. They have my money and I got screwed."
"I placed an order 11/18/10 for a Remington 870 Express 18" barrel. RR Arms website claimed that there were 8 barrels in stock. I received an e-mail confirmation that day that said my order was being processed and that I would receive notification upon shipment, which the website said would be 5-8 days. As of 11/29 I had not heard anything and called RR arms. After many tries I was finally able to speak to Joanna, who stated that they were out of stock and that she would check on their next delivery and promised to get back to me that day. As of 12/2 I have not heard anything , despite many e-mails, faxes and attempts to reach RR by phone. I am going to have to resolve this by disputing the bill with Visa. I purchase many items via the Internet and have never had an experience that comes anywhere close to being as bad as this one has been. I would never use this vendor again and would advise any other potential customers to find another vendor to purchase from."
