"I originally ordered two parts from this place. I didn't find out they didn't have one of the items in stock until I got half my order in the mail and the invoice said not in stock. They did charge me for the part, which I cancelled. It's been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my refund. They don't answer the phone and they give you a runaround when they do. I'm NEVER buying anything from them again. I'm a military guy and I'm telling EVERYONE I know about my experience with them. They also have a NO REFUND policy and they say they give military guys a discount..good luck with that."

"Here are the facts about RPM Outlet:
1. You cannot trust their online ordering process. It is outsourced and is completely unreliable. They completely "lost" my order the first time, including credit card information and home address. I know this because I received a confirmation email for my order, yet they could not find it a week later after the order didn't come. You are putting yourself at risk for credit card fraud and identity theft by ordering on their website.
2. Their customer service is horrible. Expect two days or longer before hearing back from them. Also expect them to lie to your face to protect themselves.
3. They are only out to make money. What other company charges a 5% cancellation fee when the order is cancelled before it ships? There are NO RETURNS allowed on UNOPENED items, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the liberal return policy of most major online auto parts stores.
4. They do not care about their customers. Their policies are designed to maximize their profit and the customer is the least of their concerns. It is not posted during the online order process that there are NO RETURNS, nor is it told verbally when you order over the phone.

RPMOutlet may have a pretty website and reasonable prices, but don’t be fooled. They do not function as a legitimate business should, and cannot be trusted. Do yourself a favor, and go to a reputable retailer. I wish I had.

"they are the worst. I waited for over two months before I cancelled because they couldn't deliver after they lied over and over about it being shipped. My product cost $5057 and then they tried to charge me 5% cancellation fee of $250 when they couldn't provide the part. They suck so don't waste your time and don't get ripped off by them."

"Company charged my account the day of the order, and then proceeded to not ship it for 3 weeks despite me following up to determine a shipment date. They kept skirting the question until finally I was provided a USPS # some 24 days after I ordered the product.

The item arrived and it was the wrong kit! Follow up E-mails take a day to respond and they are allowing me to return the item but I am on the hook for shipping charges both ways for their mistake as well as taxes and duty.

Avoid this company, their beligerant attitude towards customers and their shipshod return/exchange policies are just complete bunk, it's a surprise they have lasted as long as they have."

"I was shipped the wrong item, I promptly returned the item hoping to receive the correct one. I eventually cancelled my order because they were unable to ship it because it was not in stock. I had to wait over 2 months and send many e-mails before I successfully had my account credited for the cancelled item.

I was charged a cancellation fee even though they did not have the item in stock.

They were unable to help me by phone. All communication was done by e-mail which was very slow moving and many times my e-mails would go unanswered. "

"I paid $291.93 for an item easily obtainable at any other automotive website.
The day of order I was sent an invoice.
From that day on I have heard absolutely nothing!
I have emailed them 5 times in the past week alone with no replies what so ever!
I want to warn everyone of the ripoff tactics these people employ.
They do not care about you as a customer and are their to rip you off in any way possible.
If you cancel, they want 5% of your money!
If you call them via telephone they forward you to a full voicemail box. It then tells you to send an email to a non-existant email address (george@rpmoutlet.com)!
These people are not worthy of your hard earned money, and I honestly hope this helps someone before they place an order with these people.
I have done searches and this place has a load of complaints!
BEWARE, stay away from these people!
The only thing they have going is the cheap prices they offer to suck you in.

"The worst servcice I have ever gotten. Parts on backorder, impossible to get them on the phone, won't answer emails or make any effort at all. Blamed it on the Manufacturer and I found out that was a lie. This place is staffed by jerks that insulted me and lied to me every time I called. Wating STILL for my order and it has been over a month despite their promise that I would have my parts weeks ago. STAY AWAY! Buy from anyone else but these jerks."

"Stay away from this place. Received damaged part, claim process is terrible. then they forgot to ship me a replacement. Recieved wrong part. Never get calls back Both Barb and George are crocks. Had to dispute with my Credit Card before they would even hear me then it still to over a dozen calls and 2 hours of hold music. Many complaints on the BBB as well. Wish we could close this place down."

"RPM Outlet is definitely a fraudulent business. Their website is as convincing as they come, but I was finally burnt by shopping online. I spend a large amount on performance parts every year, and I'm just glad I gave them a trial sale of only $659.85. I would have spent thousands more, if the first purchase had even close to o.k. Please let this be a WARNING to all who are considering doing business with them, because they will rip you off is one way or the other. Read their policies on their website and you should see a variety of ways were they can steal from you. I only wish I had read them before purchasing. The only good employee associated with their company is their webmaster.
Geoff, Robert, will lie, and neither George, nor the customer service department will response to any communications. Someone should shut this place down!!!!!!!
Bottom line, $659.85 on a part I didn't order nor want."

"Received a G-Tech for Christmas from wife and kids.I said I did not need this $300.00 item.I went through the proper procedure to return unused in box item. You need RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM.I email the proper site and days later received a letter saying NO to the return.I send another letter and they ignore it.I deal alot with mail order and this is the worst. You can not even disspute it via phone. They ignore any follow up emails.I sent the packaged back insured, return, receipt. It was refused.I just got off the phone with Barbara, she said it is electrical,no returns on it.Basicly no returns on any thing they sell. All sales Final....do business somewhere else."
