posted Apr-12-2007 “This is completely untrue, the notebook was shipped with the most current bios when delivered as do all our configured systems. We were contacted about the issue of the notebook starting up on it's own and immediatly resolved it with a bios update from msi. After this initial issue we were never contacted about any other issues that existed, if we were we would have immediatly addressed and resolved it. Our support responses are quick and we never tell our customers fix it yourself. From our reviews you can see this is not our practice and our customers "always" praise our support and response time.........”
