reply posted Jan-17-2013 “The return we would not accept from you was a Cosmetic LCD Bezel. You requested this return 20 + days after you had received this item. This item as most other notebook repair/service parts are not retunable and are exchange for the same item only if the item was received defective or damaged.
This is clearly listed on the product page for the item you had purchased.
Unforturnately as listed on the product page we cannot accept returns for cosmetic items like notebook panels as these are easily damaged or scratched and then would not be sellable after a return.
This information was available as you viewed the product and placed the order. This is not something that we tell our customers after the order has been placed. This information and return policy was available to you before you had ordered the item.”

reply posted Nov-21-2012 “At the time you placed this order (11/12/2012) we were in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy (We are located in New York). All shipping service providers (UPS, Fedex, USPS) were severely disrupted for weeks. When you had placed this order the most reliable and best operating carrier was UPS (UPS is our default carrier). UPS was the most dependable in our area and the carrier we could guarantee on that our freight was picked up on a daily basis.
We were operating for weeks with intermittent power, intermittent land line telephone service, intermittent internet service, and running our business mostly by cell phones. If you contacted us and we were "short" with you on the phone this was because we were operating by cell phones, intermittent power, and batteries running low. If this was the case we apoligize for being short but the shipping cost you paid for UPS Ground is correct.
You were charged $14.08 for UPS Ground Shipping, we use UPS realtime shipping which pulls the shipping cost directly from UPS based on our Zip Code to your Zip Code. Minimum UPS ground is $8.00-$9.00 plus $2.50 for signature required, insurance, and a delivery surcharge imposed by UPS for your Zip Code. $14.08 is the exact and correct cost for a 12"x10"x3" package that we shipped to you. We do not understand what you were expecting to pay for a Ground package with the above services in todays economy.”

Notebook service parts that do ship in 2-3 business days state this clearly on the product page. This information was available as you viewed the product and placed the order. This is not something that we tell our customers after the order has been placed. This information was available to you before you had ordered the item. Also expedited shipping is just that, you had selected 2nd day air delivery. This does not include or state 2nd day processing. Your order was processed and delivered in the exact time frame we had quoted, UPS 2nd day air was ontime as well.”
