"Was not happy that I was replacing the front pad on my car after just 6 months. They pads were breaking away from the backing plate. But I ordered another set just because i didn't know what the problem was. Well when I received the new set I figured out the problem. They didn't fit the 99 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. They are NOT manufactured correctly to fit in the clips. They are just a little to large so they hit the caliper bracket. when I called in they customer service representative was of little help. There my car was on jack stands, brakes disassembled, on the phone and they had no solution but to refund my money. It tried to tell him this problem but he seemed to not care about a solution. Other than to go to the local auto parts store. That was not my intention from the beginning. The pads rub the rotor hub on both sides on the front end of the pad. But on the inside they don't go into the clips so I found that when the caliper was installed and pressed against them it bent the backing plate.
Their shipping is slow and the box was in horrible condition making me wonder if these were returned."

"I ordered 4 rotors for my cadillac. After a few weeks, they never came and no notice of being shipped. I called and i was told the order got missed when coming from the web. So they had to make the rotors and they sent them priority mail. I went an extra month on my old brakes because of it. Gotta fix that bug."

"The delivered product was fine, the shipping took way longer than expected.
When attempting to contact customer service, first via instant text messaging, then by email and finally by phone, no results.
I did get an answer from one phone-call, after being on hold for over 30 minutes, just to be told to hold again.
After an additional 10 minutes, decided to stop wasting my time.
I did get a response to my email request, 2 days later.
Total ship time, was over 10 days.
Customer service, on a 1-5 scale, is a one!
No apologies where offered.
So, if you are in a hurry for your product, go to your local auto parts store.
If you need customer support, get in line and be prepared to wait."
