"This company is a joke. Their ads display OEM products tricking you into ordering their brand on the same page. Brother toner for cdw9840 bleeds everywhere. Return policy: remove toner, go through the hassle of sending it back to them and wait for a refund. Meanwhile your machine does not function and your out $200. dollars. NEVER BUY FROM THEM."

"I don't think you will want to publish my review. Although the speed of the shipping of the product was very fast. The product we received was defective and when we called you, you referred us to the seller. The seller was going to charge us $20.00 shipping and handeling fee to send it back to them. We already paid $30.00, it wasn't worth $50.00 to us!! Fortunately my husband was able to fix it satisfactorily but I don't know if we will purchase anything else through you."

"Disappointing.
They claimed it was original Fellowes wrist rest & mouse pad, but it is a lower quality than older version of product I have.
Because I did not like it and wanted to return, they wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee + shipping both ways(did not even give a rate for returning goods)which amounted to 50% of value of product. Quickship states "guaranteed satisfaction but fail to say they will make you pay for it. Lost me as a customer. "

"Best price I could find after looking at office supply stores in my area. Made my purchase through Google shopping cart, and all went very smooth. My order came in quick, true to their name. Follow up e-mails from customer service were quickly responded to. I give these guys a big thumbs up and will definitely order from them again. I'll recommend to my associates that they order their toner from QuickShip, too.

"I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered for my son's birthday by June 3rd, it is now June 6th and I haven't received it yet. It was shipped via Fed Ex who delivered it to the wrong place. I am still waiting for a replacement. Don't know when my son will receive his gift, if ever."

"product is not the same as pictured. You show product with green and I received one that has blue top. I have used this type before and it is defective. I run a newsletter for the American Legion and I am forced to give out newsletters that you can hardly read. The reason has I known it had the blue top I would not have purchased. I really would like my money back and I will reurn product. If you have one shown in your picture I would take that one in place of the one you sent."

"The toner cartridge was leaking toner everywhere when I opened shipping box. I called and they shipped another cartridge immediately. Said they would charge for the second cartridge but when they received the damaged cartrige back they would credit my account. That never happened. I checked online tracking and found that they did receive the damaged cartridge but never credited my account. Called several times and still no credit. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER they do not stand by their merchandize."

"On June 22nd, 2009, I purchased 4 toner cartridges by going to the Next Tag web site and I used that site to bring up the QuikShip web site. When I received the toner cartridges, I realized that they were not “HP Toner Cartridges” but cartridges made by someone else. The use of such cartridges will void the warranty on my new printer. Therefore, I returned them the same day.

The 4 toner cartridges were shipped from Palo Alto on June 25, 2009.and delivered to CPEREZ on June 27th. I have provided faxes of the FEDEX tracking report at least 3 times to Chase Credit card services, several months ago to support the fact that returned the toner in question. The RMA numbers were in the shipping box. I have also supplied a copy of the RMA numbers that I obtained.

I did not receive a credit right away, nor did I ever receive an acknowledgement from QuikShip by phone email or any other means, even though I had emailed customer service about the problem. QuikShip has been unresponsive to emails and phone requests to return calls throughout this ordeal. I turned the problem over to Chase Credit Card services. I have had to work though Chase Credit Card Services because QuikShip was unresponsive to emails and phone messages.

Chase reported that QuikShip wanted to charge a restocking charge. I protested. My argument was that QuikShip had not made a good faith effort to inform me that these are “non-oem” toner cartridges. When I purchased these cartridges, I navigated to the QuikShip page. The page said “HP COLOR LASRJET C2025DN FOUR COLOR SET” Every other vendor that I have seen uses the term HP COMPATIBLE and they do not use the HP part number. In addition the picture of the cartridges on the page looked was identical to the physical HP cartridges that I needed to replace. The cartridges that were sent via QuikShip are maked very differently than the ones pictured on the website. There was no reason to navigate down to the fine print at the bottom of the web page and discover the "non OEM" statement.

The result is that I returned the product the same day that I received it at my own expense. The result of Chase’s efforts was that I got a full refund (of $358.76) on my card. A few weeks later, Chase contacted me and said that QuikShip had not received the cartridges. Within 24 hours I faxed back a copy of the FedEx tracking report. I received at least 2 other similar requests over the next several months and I immediately responded with another copy of tracking report.

The result of all that effort is that QuikShip recharged my account $358.76 on approximately Nov 20, 2009. I protested through Chase. QuikShip refused to refund the money even though I again supplied the FedEx tracking number and the RMA numbers. Chase gave me a phone number and the name “KC” at QuikShip. I followed up and on my phone call of January 5, 2010 KC agreed to refund the money. Nothing happened and I called again on February 1 and KC told me that since the problem had gone on so long they could no longer refund my Visa card. The check should show up in the mail. On Feb 12, I received a check.

The check I received was for $247.42. There was no explanation for why the amount was less than what was charged in November. My first guess is that they changed their mind about the restocking charge. But the amount that is not refunded is a lot more than their stated restocking charge. In addition, we had already negotiated about this charge and we had agreed that I would not be liable for the restocking charge. I have called three times over the last two business days. Feb 12th and Feb 16th and left messages. I have not received a reply. I do not have a email address for KC. I sent KC a registered letter and have had no response other than the signature card.

Don't do business with these guys!"

"I ordered adesso wired trac ball on 3/10. simple enough one might think got a immediate responce said my order was recieved, great alls fine. get another e mail on 3/14 shipped with tracking number got it a couple of days later, only one problem they sent me a adesso bluetooth mouse which if my laptop had bluetooth might not be so bad. tried to contact quickship got a responce 2 days later of a blank message tried to conact again told me they were too busy and might look into it.DO NOT RECOMEND QUICKSHIP!!!!! very unprofessional "
