I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my toner from them. We purchased a toner from them for my printer located at my business. Their toner leaked all over my printer which resulted in a $250 repair bill. I returned the toner and asked for either a replacement or a refund. They said that too much of the toner was used (1/3). I told them that it leaked all over the floor and printer. They said that it was not leaking for them and they would not replace it. I even had a past order from them. I do not understand why they did not take care of us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not provide customer service, honor their warranties or sell a reliable product. I have ordered toner from other online sites and those have worked out very well.

I am sorry, but you can't use a toner cartridge for nine months, until it's out, and then demand a replacement. We stand behind our products, but we don't not stand behind our products once the 6 month warranty has expired. We would have maybe tried to make an exception, but you used nearly all of the toner. |

Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. I returned items, on THEIR UPS call tag, and they still will not give me the credit. They stole $450 from me is the bottom line. I returned my entire order, 4 cartridges, and they are saying I only returned 1. Since it was their UPS number I am not able to verify the weight. Quite a scam, huh? They pay for the return shipping and you can't verify! They tell ME to verify. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will post everywhere I can and hopefully cost them thousands for the $500 they stole from me.

I ordered a complete set of laser toner cartridges from QuickShipToner in January 2009 for my Konica Minolta printer. Starting in August two of my four cartridges started leaking excessive toner onto my paper when I printed. I called the company and was informed that since I was past the 6 month warranty period there was nothing that they could do. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was transferred. Again, I was informed that I was out of the warranty period. They informed me that no troubleshooting option was available for my particular problem (proving my cartridges to be defective) but they would not stand behind their product. I was less than 30 days over my warranty period with an obvious defect. Sadly I will not be ordering from this company again!

All companies have warranties. Unfortunately when a product's warranty expires you are unable to exchange or receive a refund (this is common practice with all warranties). There are many companies that do not even offer a refund during the entire warranty period, and you can only REPLACE the item after a certain time frame passes (typically 14-30 days from the purchase date).
Currently we offer a 6 month warranty in which we will either REPLACE the defective at no charge or REFUND the cost of the item. Our replacement policy also covers shipping for both the returned defective item as well as the replacement item being shipped out.
Unfortunately in this case, being outside of the warranty, we were unable to assist this customer with a replacement or refund. As the toner was leaking, there would be no trouble shooting steps to resolve this issue. We did not dispute that the item was defective. We were simply unable to replace the product as it was outside of the warranty by almost 30 days.

Quikship was inexpensive, fast, and the toner works perfect. I was skeptical over the quality due to the cheap price, and promise of a quick delivery, but they really lived up to what they advertised. Will absolutely use them again.

Great prices. True to it's name, order was shipped quickly, and the product works beautifully (compatible, not OEM). Definitely where I'll buy toner from now on.

I purchased a set of color toners for a Dell 3115CN. I had started using them in October. Then trouble started with streaking/toner leaking. There was still at least 80% life left.
In Dec.2008 yellow replacement was requested and received. Inside the new bag toner had already leaked all over, so 2nd replacement yellow was requested and received early Jan.2009. Late Jan.2009 the cyan started leaking and was replaced. In Feb.2009 magenta started leaking and I asked for a full refund. After I ordered and received new toner from another company in early March I returned all quickshiptoner. On 3/23/09 I have email correspondance from quickship (Ian Tufts) confirming receipt of my return and I was told I would receive refund in 5-15 days.
On 5/12 I realized I had not yet received refund. After much back and forth they ended up telling me that I returned the product after the 6 month warrany peroid from purchase date.
I also know of two other people that had problems with the same toner and had a hassle with trying to get a refund.
I am still pushing for a refund and expect them to stand behind their product.
I could not speak to a supervisor and was told today that an accounting supervisor would provide an email response with-in three days.
To all I would recommend looking into Cartridge World. They can refill toner for similar cost as quickship and they provide free cleaning/repair if any problems and on-site pick up and delivery.

I needed a drum for a Dell 3100cn and since the printer was out of warranty i figured I would try a compatible drum rather than buy one from Dell for $160. After a few googles, I found one at QuickShip for $100. When the drum got to the user, it looked to be a new compat, but the blue roller was coming out of it's craddle. So I had it RMA'd. No problems there either. But when I got the replacement, there were MAJOR issue with the drum.
Box arrived open and severely crushed. Inside “bubble wrap” was not properly inflated and there was lots of extra space in the box allowing the drum to move during shipping.
The tabs at the front of the drum were bent and broken. The blue drum roller, and the little white roller were both covered in old toner. And there were pieces at bottom that had broken off and when the drum was lifted, you can hear something rolling around inside, which turned out to be another small roller.
So that did it. No more QuickShipToner.com for us. And I would not recomend them to anyone else.

I bought a drum unit package for my Brother MFC-4350 which includes 2 toners and the drum unit.
I noticed immediately that both the toners do not fit properly into the drum unit. I tried an authentic brother toner and that fit well so I decided to just go with that. The print quality was horrible and after about 2 weeks of using the new drum unit, the machine started showing "change drum unit" notification. So I informed Quikship but all I got was basically a shoulder shrug since my 30 day warranty has ran out. I knew the price was too good to be true. This is $90 I just threw away.
