Emailed the company two days later because I couldn't obtain tracking information from their website. I was informed that the order status couldn't be checked on their website but that the item should ship out the next day at which time I would receive a tracking number via email. Two more days later I emailed about the tracking number (which I had not received) and told them that if it still hadn't shipped I wanted the order canceled. I was told that it would be shipping that day.<br><br>Yet another day later I emailed to tell them I would like the order canceled since I still hadn't received any further information. I was told that since it was already processed for that day and would ship out that night it was too late to cancel. I emailed back to tell them to cancel it because it would be refused at this point because I purchased the item from elsewhere three days later and received it a day ago. They emailed me a (fake) tracking number and said I could refuse the package.<br><br>A week later and the tracking number finally showed that the shipping label was created but that the item had not shipped.
