On 3\/30 the Fedex tracking number sent to me was someone else\u0027s order that was place 7 days prior to my order and was delivered to an address in GA (I live in MA).I i called Quantum time and again and I got only an automated phone response that does not even tell me that I have reached Quantum and puts me in a general mailbox. I finally got a human who apologized for the error and said I\u0027d get a corrected tracking # immediately. 5 hous later nothing. Next person told me they ship at night & I\u0027d it that evening. Not then or the next. Today, after many more messages and emails left to them and reports to AMEX, BBB and Amazon they called. They offered to not charge shipping. I canceled and had them return my $. HORRIBLE!!!! Do not ever buy from these people. Called the order desk number and was told that the delay was due to the part i ordered not being a regular stock item and that it would have to come in from the supplier and then ship from their location as the supplier does not ship international...hard to understand that US to Canada is still an international shipment.<br>Price was slightly better than competitors but checked with competitor after the fact and they had parts in stock and ready to ship...regret now saving the 15$ only to wait 2 weeks for order to come in.<br><br>Plus side their online catologue is good and payment was made very easily. "Amazing Service. I called them up because I needed better signal in my house. They suggested a signal booster. They taught me all about it and what it did. I got the best price, and now my house has full signal. Bottom line, great customer service, prices, and an all around great company! Recommended to everyone."
