"This company is often closed for business on random days, causing a lot of frustration especially when you need to get in contact with them regarding an important purchase that has not arrived. Shipping takes way too long. When they close for business, their whole entire website is not accessible and you cannot purchase any items or even check status of previous orders. We never received a tracking number on our purchase either, and have not received a returned phone call regarding status of order."
