I find myself getting increasingly angry at people I choose to do business with. Is it really so hard to treat people right? <br><br>I brought a complaint about a part to the attention of Quadratec thinking I would be ignored. I mean they had my money so why bother? The same day a manager emailed me back and shipped out an upgraded part free of charge. (dont try to rip them off I only got the part free because their description of the part I ordered was wrong) But all around my experience was great.
