Quadratec did not disclose the availability of our item at any point prior to purchase. Competitive prices are misleading.  
 
The item was out of stock thus having to be shipped from the manufacturer. The undisclosed shipping delays resulted in excessive down time for our vehicle.  
 
Had we known it would take weeks for the item to be shipped we would have purchased it elsewhere for a slightly higher price.

I have made several orders with Quadratec in the past and all have been good experiences. The prices for their items are good and they ship out orders quickly. My current order still has a lift kit on backorder. I called customer service just to inquire as to when they might get the item in stock and the representative explained the backorder to me and gave me an estimate as to when they might get the item from the vendor.

First Class experience with Quadratec! SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  
 
 
Customer service anywhere is getting worse and worse. I dont know why. I find myself getting increasingly angry at people I choose to do business with. Is it really so hard to treat people right?  
 
I brought a complaint about a part to the attention of Quadratec thinking I would be ignored. I mean they had my money so why bother? The same day a manager emailed me back and shipped out an upgraded part free of charge. (dont try to rip them off I only got the part free because their description of the part I ordered was wrong) But all around my experience was great. They ship fast, they have very knowledgeable customer service reps, their site and full color catalog is great.  
 
This kind of service is unheard of and I just want everyone to know these people go the extra step to satisfy and thats rare these days!

I have NEVER had a single problem with Quadratec. They are amazing. Their customer service is top notch, their prices are decent, and I usually receive my orders within 1-2 days. I will DEFINITELY continue to order from them over and over again. I highly recommend them.
