"This must be the third of fourth time I have used QPJewellers to satisfy my partners jewellery habit. On this occasion I bought her a ruby and diamond bracelet and took advantage of the free diamond studs using a code (DIAMONDS). As usual the jewellery arrived on time and my partner loves the jewellery so much. Also, Johnathan is a brilliant help and a huge asset to the company. Thank!!!"

"A few months ago I bought a (what I thought at the time) quality sapphire necklace. Less than a month later and after only a few wears, the sapphire popped out (see photo). I emailed QP requesting a return. "Jonathan" assured me he would look into processing a refund once I sent it back to them, so I sent it along with the form clearly stipulating that I wanted a refund. I heard nothing back, so after 3 weeks I requested an update on the situation. "Jonathan" explained that the necklace was being repaired as this was supposedly what it said on the form. Luckily I had filled out the pdf form electronically before printing it and posting it, so I double checked. Once again, it clearly stipulated on the form that I wanted a *refund*. I sent the electronic form to prove that I had requested a refund. "Jonathan" assured me I would receive a refund shortly. 11 days later I had not received a refund but instead received 2 emails from FedEx advising me that I would be getting a delivery from QP to an address I no longer lived at!!! I had to make an international call to FedEx to tell them to return the package to the sender as there had been a mistake. At this point I tried calling QP several times and they did not once answer their phones. I emailed them instead. That was 5 days ago now and I have finally received a refund - except it is $30 less than what I paid (not to mention the added expenses of tracked postage and an international call). I am not chasing QP any further as I am beyond fed up with this whole fiasco. Save your money, time and sanity and get your jewellery somewhere else."
Made my daughters wedding extra special
"We used this website to purchase jewellery for my daughters bridesmaids. After searching through the website we decided upon aquamarine stud earrings with matching necklace for each bridesmaid. We did get a discount from qp jewellers as we purchased more than 5 items but its always a good idea to ask them for a discount. The jewellery looked stunning and it was perfectly packaged. The girls were delighted with the jewellery and gives them something lovely to remember the wedding with."
"Do not trust this company, all is well with them so long as there is no problem with your purchase, if there is you are in trouble. Their customer service is non existent, you can call - its always an answer machine, you can email, you can live chat on their website or you can send them a "contact form", don't expect any reply though, because you will be waiting a long time. After approximately 50 attempts to contact them over the last 6 weeks I have now had to resort to taking legal action to recover my money as they don't seem inclined to send me my replacement. I have also informed Trading Standards who are now going to investigate. Such a shame, great products at great prices, they just have to spoil it with their dreadful after care. "

"My partner had bought an engagement ring from QP jewellers to which sadly didn't fit we finally got a hold of the company and they said if we sent back the ring. they would send us the next size up within 1 week. Fab we thought. 2nd week we called. It was being 'hallmarked' so another week turnt into 3 weeks. with multiple phone calls and emailed. all unanswered.. finally got an answer and was told our ring would arrive on the Tuesday. it then arrived on the Wednesday. Afte. Putting the ring on and going to bed I awoke to an extremely swollen finger. Managed to get the ring off with difficulty. went to a Jewellers to have ring measured. They had mad us wait over 3 weeks to send back the same. size that was ordered originally. By this point my poor fiancee was a bit frustrated. as was I. Multiple emails and again phone calls and nothing. I had to personally write a complain on their Facebook wall to which i told them I was going to get trading standards involved. they conacted me right away we arranged a full refund of said ring and waited for the 'returns' confirmation email. This took another 10+ days. I managed to get just the returns cost covered from this disgusting company. what should have been a memorable time in my life us most definately that but not the most plesant memory. I am still without a ring as I am trying to find the perfect one now. So thanks for nothing QP. "

"I ordered a simple necklace for my Fiancee as a gift for our wedding day.The necklace which arrived was nothing like described. The three sapphires were of such dissimilar colours of blue that they were like navy and sky blue. The prongs used for mounting the stone were very very erratically arranged, and were nothing like the illustration on their site where the picture showed a nice tidy finish.Even the soldering where the chain attached to the pearl was of terrible quality, with a large sharp lump.They refused to accept that it was not as described, so I waited for 4 weeks for a refund, and they refuse to cover postage costs despite the fact it was not as described.In Short, They violate the Sales of Goods act and are not to be trusted. If you want a piece of rubbish which is not as described followed by terrible customer service, QP Jewellers is the place to go."
"I had a rocky start with the company. I paid by credit card and it was declined. Using this site meant that my card provider thought it was a potential fraud so stopped my card. I got the card freed the following day and attempted to purchase the item. I left a couple of messages - I never managed to speak to an individual at all at any time I called - always went direct to voicemail. I left a message saying that I needed to talk to them as I required the item by 3/10/13 as it was my wedding necklace.I received a call back. Asked if the order had been placed - they found the failed order - I explained my credit card stance and they were surprised. I asked if the item was in stock (yes) available for delivery by 2/10/13 as stated on the website (promised 30/9/13 delivery) and the emeralds were as dark and clear as in the picture (yes taken in a studio). So I was reassured and placed the order over the phone. Big mistake!!!!The necklace hadn't arrived by 2/10 so I started calling and leaving messages. I also emailed and contacted via the website. Couldn't get live chat t work. My wedding was last minute so had many other things to do as well as this.I eventually recieved a call back on 3/10 and they confirmed that the necklace was in Edinburgh being hallmarked (so made to order and not in stock????) and would be sent out after that - cold not guarantee I would receive by midday 4/10 when I was leaving home to get married so I asked that the order was cancelled and also sent an email to this effect to cancel.The order email stated that I would receive an email confirming dispatch by Fed Ex and a tracking number. This was never received.My wedding day was wonderful but I didn't have the new necklace that I was expecting and this did ruin the day for me.On return from honeymoon we had a few royal mail failed delivery notices so my husband collected these the next morning (15/10). I was shocked that one of the packets was from QP. No receipt inside just a couple of business type cards and a box. I had a look at what I should have been wearing and the necklace was broken! One stone was missing and loose in the box. Also it was not as pictured - a much lighter green colour and very opaque so not as pictured on their site.So I am left now trying to return the item and get my money back - I have to return at my expense with insurance and tracking. My credit card company was right in hindsight and I should not have purchased this item at all."

I did have some initial concerns before buying the ring, largely to do with the returns policy in case my wife did not approve of the ring. But with confidence instilled by a fair returns policy, I purchased the ring.The ring arrived three days after the purchase date, I tracked the parcel online which was great.My wife is very happy with the ring, it looks great and oozes quality. "I cannot rate this Company high enough. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty with regard to my order. I spent some time on the phone to the fantastic customer service department as my order was a custom design ruby necklace. I had explained what I wanted in detail and then paid for my order over the phone - payment was easy and very straight forward. I was told that as my order was a customized item, it may take a maximum of two weeks to be delivered when in fact the necklace arrived in five days! I simply could not be happier with my order; it is exactly how I imagined it to be. The customer service is world class and I'm over joyed with the necklace quality. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll be shopping here again, highly highly recommended! :)"
