I am one of the owner's of Pure Triumph and I monitor every review we get on ResellerRatings.
I am very sorry that you did not get the experience you were looking for at Pure-Triumph.com. I have investigated this matter and established that you did accept a refund for your order.
I'm puzzled by your comments about your product being in stock as no stock information is provided on the site, and that we advise customers who cancel orders for product that isn't in-stock that they MAY be subject to a stocking fee (this is only actually implemented when we might be stuck with some very unusual part). Your review has not yet been published - but assuming that you received your refund, I would be very grateful if you would re-consider it.
We are - like you - Triumph motorcycle fans who work very hard to try to keep our customers happy and as you can see from this site, generally manage that.

"I ordered a Tidy Tail for my bike. According "my account" info on the site, my order was processed the day I ordered it, my credit card was then charged 2 days later, but when I called the company a week later looking for my part, the girl on the phone informed me it has been back-ordered. When I asked her to refund my money, she informed me there may be a re-stock fee because it was now a "special order". Special to who? Are you kidding me? There were no notations anywhere on the site or my account regarding a back-order or "special order", and thats funny, because according to the website, the tidy tail for the 07+ street triple is in stock right now, TODAY, even after she told me it wasn't. They had no problem charging my card without shipping anything or telling me it was back-ordered. I never received an email at anytime, not when I ordered, not when they "back-ordered" my item. And she wants to charge me a re-stock fee!? Outrageous. I will see if my card get actually gets "credited" today. I have no doubt I will be calling back tomorrow looking for my money. Scetchy business, I will not shop here again."
