"Hi ladybug3240, Having looked into this I'm sorry if your shipment wasn't received in time for Christmas (if that's what you were expecting), but it was shipped within the 7-10 business days as stated on our order confirmation email. The order was received with only one business day left before Christmas, and had first to be shipped to us from the warehouse. We received it on the 28th and shipped it the following day.

I called customer service on December 11, and they said they got the order but the box was empty, so they will have to reorder. First of all why didnt they figure this out when they got it? why did it take 3 weeks? I called 2 days later December 13 on my order status, and they still didnt have my product said they would get it within a day or two and send it out regular shippment. I asked the manager if i could have a faster shipping method and she was very rude and unprofessional and said it wouldnt be to me until later next week. which would have taken this order over a month at that time to get to me. She was so rude to me so I ended up canceling my order.<br>I filed a complaint against her and her customer service, the owner chris did email me apologizing to me and offered me a 20$ towards a next purchase. That wasnt the point of my complaint, I didnt want anything from the company. He needs to inform his employees and possibly have a trainning session with them on how to treat and work with there customers, they lost my sale how many other sales are they losing because of this?<br><br>There is alot of other competition out there and im sure they dont want to lose there customers.
