I have ordered several times over the past few years, but I have to say my recent order was my last. In fact I refused it, brought it back to the post office and sent it back. My issue was with one particular product that I wanted more than the rest. It did not indicate that it was out of stock when I ordered it. I was charged for it and within hours I received a notice that it was out of stock. I called customer service to find out if they would automatically tell me when it was in stock, back order it for me or did I just have to keep checking (which I think should not be the case). She said I should go back on and under the product it will say "Out of Stock" and put it my email. Okay - that was easy enough, however, when I went back on the website to do that, it still said it was in stock. So, I ordered it again and the same thing happened. In the mean time I had a written email string going back and forth with one customer service rep who kept telling me the item was out of stock, discontinued. I was trying to say to the person that if that was the case, why does it still show on the website and why does it say 'in stock' and most importantly, why does it take the order if the item is not available? This is the response I received (which was incorrect):<br><br>When you log on to our website & you click to see the details of the product, you will be it's OUT OF STOCK. The new order you placed yesterday 6\/5\/2013 will be cancelled.<br><br>I think that's bad business so I won't be shopping there anymore. "I've never been able to redeem my points for a credit. I push the redeem button, but do not receive a discount code to use at checkout. All my points just expire instead. Very disappointing!
