I'm sorry the sales rep who sold you the phone wasn't forthcoming about the admin fees that are on our plans. There should have been collateral in the store with the fees laid out for you along with a takeaway flyer they could have provided. We do our best to continually train our sales reps so that they are upfront and provide accurate information to each and every customer.
If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please let us know.
