Your order was shipped on time, (within two business days), however since you chose standard class mail, rather than first class mail, you will find a delay in delivery. Standard class mail can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. First class mail, 3-5 business days. Please check your order receipt for tracking information. Should you require assistance, our customer support team is happy to help!”

"We have had a problem with the address of the office and we have check with the post master and still ProspectsPlus says our address is not found.
We have had an issue with the customer service people. They seem very annoyed and not wanting to help with a solution.

“We apologize for any inconvenience. However, due to the volume of outgoing mail we send, we must CASS certify all addresses before we send. We do this as it is in the best interest of our customers, so they are not sending mail to invalidated addresses and incurring the cost for those mailings. Unfortunately, the post office system does not recognize your office address as valid, which is why you are not getting your seed card. While we wish that it was within our power to either override the USPS system or have them validate your address, we simply do not have that capacity. Validation of addresses must be done by USPS in their internal system. We are not sure why the USPS system has labeled your address as invalid, and since you are receiving other mail, we're sure that it is frustrating. It is not at all that we do not want to help find a solution, nor are we annoyed at the request to try, it is just not within our power to change which addresses are validated and which are not. Perhaps your local postmaster can be of more assistance. We wish you every success and look forward to working with you again in the future.”

However, our policy is that anything over a 10% return of the total order, we will certainly refund any pieces over the 10%.
