AVERAGE. not that good and not that bad also. just enough for the package to be able to arrive in one piece. its just that it is not that presentable. when you see the package.. it doesn\u0027t excite you or something... but.....i must say they handle the package pretty well.<br><br>about what is inside ( of course its my order ).<br>i know what is inside but when i open, it still made my heart pounding like crazy. hehehehhe... what a beautiful site to see... the watch i ordered for my wife.... I paid for my watch 20.05.2011. About one week my order had status - Pending. I sent them. Next day my order became - Processing. In one week I sent them one more email. They answer me following:<br><br>Hi.<br>we send your watch out Monday.<br>To deliver to Russia is about 10 days.<br>We will send you the tracking number soon.<br>Thank you<br><br>I waited one week and nothing!<br>I asked for tracking number. In 3 days I received letter with WRONG tarcking number. I sent one more letter about this!<br>And nothing again.<br>Only in one week I received letter from Arik with REAL tracking number.<br>And today I received my watch!!! The problem is, and they don\u0027t tell you, that they are a drop-shipper! Even their address that appears on Google - If anyone took their time to check out. Is nothing more than an apartment in a poor run down area of Van Nuys! This is probably a one man business, as their emails have major grammatical errors and their answering system basically takes you to the only person - Dan. While I did receive the item, it took a very long time. Basically when you order - Dan orders, nothing or very few items are in stock! "I don't normally write reviews but my experience with PromenadeWatches (PW) was just horrible. I spent days looking for a recently interested watch piece. Nixon 51-30 Gunship. I found it on PW for $70.00 cheaper than anywhere else I had seen on the web. (Awesome). When i received the watch it looked amazing but wasn't running, no big deal i saved a butt load of money i would just take it to a watch shop and get battery replaced. So while i was taking the time to at least set the time and date i notice the top crown was BROKEN. I called PW and no call was returned. I looked for this watch everywhere i wasn't going to give up so easily. When PW failed to return my call i tried sending to the manufacture, Nixon. Nixon said it could not be repaired, and they didn't carry that watch to replace it. I called PW back again and still nothing. So disappointed!
***UPDATE***
Apparently the Christmas season was busy for all. PW got a hold of me and made every effort to find or get a replacement watch for me. After not being able to find a replacement watch PW offered a full refund as advertised. Other than not having the watch (which was limited as it was) I am happy with the result. Little odd that they are refunding by "check" but refund is refund. Thanks for following through PW."
