reply posted Apr-22-2013 “Thanks for the review! We update all orders via email with an estimated ship date. We also display the ship time on every item page, left of the Add to Cart button. In your case Lutron's manufacturing process took longer than usual for the special colored dimmer, and they failed to notify us. This is a rare occurrence and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. It looks like we picked up the shipping also because of the mixup. Thanks again for the review and we hope that you'll shop with us again.”

The issue was that we didn't have the parts to ship you - and the lights that we had in stock didn't have hardware either. Had we known the fixtures didn't have hardware in them we obviously never would've shipped the product. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to go through every fixture we receive to ensure all parts are in the box. This is the first issue we've ever encountered with Maxlite as far as missing parts goes. Normally they're on their game! Thanks again.”

My only issue was that the undercabinet lights I ordered (17 units of MaxLite Plug-and-Play LED) all came without the necessary mounting brackets, which were in the item description. ProLighting was not willing to fix the problem, and sent me directly to MaxLite. It took MaxLite over a week to locate them and get them to me, which is a problem when you've got electricians and inspectors scheduled.
