Contacted them right away and was told to wait via an automated email. As time went by, it became more and more obvious their emails are all triggered by key words and there is no such person as "Randall". All in all, a total run around, $175 gone. I also received a response from them stating "We would like to inform you that we will not tolerate any disturbing or false words use against our company" that was also obviously a form letter...likely triggered on the key word "crooks" in the last email I sent them.
