"I ordered zymox for an ear infection my dog had. I was using vetericyn that someone from a Calranch store swore by and said it was his snake oil. I used it for at least three weeks, three times a day. it was expensive, but cheaper than taking my dog to the vet and then paying 50$ for a little bottle of something that I have already tried, Tresederm was the name. The vetericyn was alot of work, messy,stinky,and it seemed the problem got worse. It took longer than expected to get my order of zymox. but I think it was usps at fault and not Probioticsmart. I called and they called back and were very nice and seemed genuinly concerned about how long my shipment was taking, however I got zymox, was very hopeful yet pesimistic. Tomorrow will be one week since I recieved Zymox and I am amazed how well it is working. you dont have to and should not clean the ears, you only apply once a day, and its somewhat oily and sticky, so you dont have to deal with the mess and annoyance when your dog shakes its head after applying. This is the first review I have written about anything in my life, thats how much of a pain this ear problem was and how happy and relieved I am to have found the solution. if your stuck in the same situation, Zymox is definitely worth a try. "This is the first time I have ordered from them and they sent my order postage due! If I wanted to make a trip to my vets office I could have - it would have been quicker than going to the post office. Isn't the whole idea of ordering on-line is so it gets shipped to your door?"

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was offered full refund within hours of sending my email. I purchased Frontline. Never had problem before and first time I used this company. Garbage....NEVER had a flea problem and unfortunately my poor dog is scratching like crazy and I can actually see fleas crawling on him! He is going to my vet this afternoon. BEWARE...I don't know if the Frontline was outdated or fake or what. All I know is that I never have had a problem with this same product and have been using it for years. Now I have fleas in my home. I didn't notice it with the first dose but possibly there was some residual from the prior dose. About 3 wks later I saw my dog scratching so I just used the second dose. My dog continued to scratch more and more. 8 days after using the Frontline I can actually see fleas crawling on my dog! "

"So glad I found Probioticsmart.com!! Excellent prices on Probios (for horses), fast shipping and a points program that further reduces cost. Free shipping at a reasonable order level. I work with 3 different horses who are on ProBios and I no longer grit my teeth when I have to order it!"
