The order is in route and is currently with your local post office awaiting deliver in the next day or two. "I ordered the Facial Flex system, but Pro Therapy Supplies did not include the two bags of bands. I contacted them and they would not offer to send the bands but suggested I return the item at my cost! Facial Flex looks like a great product, but I would suggest ordering directly from Facial Flex or another reputable dealer, as Pro Therapy Supplies does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I had to spend an additional $10 to order one little bag of bands from Amazon (that includes the $5 shipping charge)"
