The web site reported my purchase was eligible for free ground shipping, but not to a PO box. I provided my SHIPPING address (the one used for UPS and Fed Ex), as my mail goes to a PO box. Not only was my package mailed, the address on the label was not my address. At no time did I provide the address that was used to send my package. The package was returned to the company. We emailed about it, it was sent again. Again it was returned because the same incorrect address was used. We emailed about it again. It was sent a third time. This time the correct PO box was used, but the city and zip code were incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to track the package down at the post office and prevent it from being returned a third time. I picked up my package on August 7. My order was placed on June 11. I do now know where or how the company came up with these 2 erroneous addresses. I never provided them. The packing slip inside my package had the correct ground shipping address on it. The error occured when the mailing labels were created. All three labels were on the package when I received it, so I was able to figure out what addresses had been used. I like the products. I like the coupon offer. I like the free shipping. If I order again, I\u0027ll be sure to call and talk to someone about my address before it is shipped. "I ordered the Facial Flex system, but Pro Therapy Supplies did not include the two bags of bands. I contacted them and they would not offer to send the bands but suggested I return the item at my cost! Facial Flex looks like a great product, but I would suggest ordering directly from Facial Flex or another reputable dealer, as Pro Therapy Supplies does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I had to spend an additional $10 to order one little bag of bands from Amazon (that includes the $5 shipping charge)"
