"Customer service was helpful. Even though the item was in back ordered, i was notified right away. I received the product as promised from their customer service rep. The headlights I purchased is the best deal i can find online, and the quality is top-notch. Thank you protuninglab!"

"i have ordered headlights with hid bulbs in it but lighs didn't came the way it suppose to be, they are not sitting the way company was and ihave this lights from 6 weeks now and parking bulb is alredy out and the replacement bulbs doesn't fit inside so i had bad bad experiance. i will not recomend buying things from this site."

"DOOO NOT!!!!! Buy anything from these losers. There website doesn't say whether items are in stock or not or back order or anything. Have been waiting on my lights I ordered two months ago and still nothing. They just keep telling me they are on back order. They are liars and crooks. Don't trust any good reviews u read because they are from employees and friends of owners."

"First they didn't say when the product was ordered that it had to be shipped to billing address, unless you go to their entire site where it is there, but it also states that if the addresses are different they will contact prior to shipping which they didn't. I had just recently moved so the card still had old address so I had to use that address for billing otherwise it wouldn't work. So after trying to call ofcourse you cant get ahold of anyone, I sent a email, they didn't respond for 2 days but then told me sorry its my fault because I didn't read the entire site, who does this? then they said it had to be signed for so tell the people when it gets there to refuse it and when they get it back they will reship it to me. however they were not home and the package got left anyway. I stopped payment on the item due to me not getting it and needless to say when they saw that they were right intouch with me, I finally got the item shipped at my own expense to me at my new address and when it came lo and behold it was the wrong product, not even what I ordered...People STAY AWAY from them I cannot understand how they stay in business, I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend anyone else does either..."

"I am extremely happy with the new head lights I purchased. The guys at the shop were all very helpful and full of different advice and suggestions. Only downside is it was hard to get a hold of anyone there to speak with, BUT, when I did the person was very helpful."

"Found headlight set on their store and had a few questions. So I called many times and left voice mails since they never pick up. Also emailed a few times and no response there either. Finally someone picked up the phone on the 5th day of my attempts and confirmed the info which I found on my own elsewhere.

After 1 week of placing the order and not receiving my part, called again and emailed again for tracking status and again, no answer at all. After 3 days of trying, someone answers and said my order was cancelled because my bill-to address is different than the ship-to address on my credit card.

If you do not ship to a different address, DON'T PUT that option on the website for customer to fill in. Or put that rule on the home page as a warning.

So took me 2+ weeks to get the part and wasted time calling and emailing. Never buying from them again for sure."

"This is the worst customer service in the market today. Not only do they have horrible products, they also steal your money. I have literally had to return parts on a headlight 5 times and they have still sent me the wrong parts. Now they won't even acknowledge my existance. What cost me $200 dollars a light has now cost me $400 and I still cannot install them. For that price I could have incorporated vet lights in my fucking truck and wouldn't have been this difficult. Worst experience ever. I thought about just flying out to Walnut California to get my refund... Probably would have cost less. 6 months now and still nothing.. don't waste your time. It's remarkable how they are still in business."

"Well even tho they forgot part of my order they fixed it right away! There was no junk to go thru to get the order fixed, just a solution plus the shipping was fast, not even a week and I had my parts, awesome!"
