"Found headlight set on their store and had a few questions. So I called many times and left voice mails since they never pick up. Also emailed a few times and no response there either. Finally someone picked up the phone on the 5th day of my attempts and confirmed the info which I found on my own elsewhere.After 1 week of placing the order and not receiving my part, called again and emailed again for tracking status and again, no answer at all. After 3 days of trying, someone answers and said my order was cancelled because my bill-to address is different than the ship-to address on my credit card.If you do not ship to a different address, DON'T PUT that option on the website for customer to fill in. Or put that rule on the home page as a warning.So took me 2+ weeks to get the part and wasted time calling and emailing. Never buying from them again for sure."

"This is the worst customer service in the market today. Not only do they have horrible products, they also steal your money. I have literally had to return parts on a headlight 5 times and they have still sent me the wrong parts. Now they won't even acknowledge my existance. What cost me $200 dollars a light has now cost me $400 and I still cannot install them. For that price I could have incorporated vet lights in my fucking truck and wouldn't have been this difficult. Worst experience ever. I thought about just flying out to Walnut California to get my refund... Probably would have cost less. 6 months now and still nothing.. don't waste your time. It's remarkable how they are still in business."

"When my headlights were delivered the high beem on the pasenger side did not work. I called in and the delivery of the high beem bulbs to a week to arive."
"I ordered headlights and the LED strip flickered....so I bought a canceller ...didnt fit so I returned them ...they say HID compatible but theres a HUGE STICKER THAT SAYS NO HID ...ummm?!?!!!! I called atleast 10 times and none of my calls were returned NOR did they respond to my emails Besides the price everything was horrible and i will never come back to this site nor will i ever recommend anyone to purchase products from them.So i just contacted the company that made the headlights and within 10 minutes they got back to me and were willing to workout a solution..."
"Worst customer service ever! I have literally (yes literally) called them over a hundred times and no one ever answers the phone. when I get responses by email they are always rude. I returned a headlight because it had moisture in it after only 2 months and most of which was time in the garage. It has been almost 2 weeks and they have not sent the new one out, even though I have left multiple voice mails (because no one answers the phone) and sent multiple emails. I now have a life goal to make sure no one I know ever buys anything from these A$$ holes... STAY AWAY!!!"

"Pro tuning lab is the worst company I have even purchased from They did not tell me my order was back ordered for a month before I paid It took another month to deliver and when I had the hid headlights installed the warning canceler on my driver side headlight blew up literally and the hid kit on the other side doesent even work so now not only have I wasted time and money on shop labor but I had to buy new parts because giving me an exchange is too difficult because I live in Canada I still dont have all the parts I need and I initialy payed close to 3 months agoI will never give this company 1 more cent absolutely the worst company ive dealt with"
