That you did get the part on the 31st. We hope your equipment is up and running again. If you need parts in the future quicker you are always welcome to contact us to make arrangements to request quicker shipping. We are working on speeding up our Free Shipping Service.”

reply posted May-20-2013 “We apologize that USPS took as long as they did to get the parts to you. The tracking info says that you will have the parts today the 20th. Your package was shipped on the 11th. Usually with free shipping we use USPS because of the overall cost. They haven't been this slow all season. We will try to speed up this service in the future.”
