"I was able to order a hard to find air filter for my lawn edger from ProPartsDirect. Their website was straightforward to use and the parts cost was reasonable. Although it took 5 days from the time I ordered until the part was shipped, they kept me informed by e-mail, and I received a shipment notification with a tracking number when it did ship. Overall, I am quite pleased with ProPartsDirect and will use them in the future."

"I found ordering from ProParts Direct to be easy and cost effective. Their prices were better than other sites that I looked at and their shipping and handling was not out of line. Unfortunately one of the parts is on factory back order. They did notify me immediately and gave me the option to cancel or wait for the part. I opted to wait and would certainly use them again. "

"I purchased a cog belt for my Ariens zero turn on 5/20/2013. I received a confirmation email from proparts direct on 5/21/2013, thanking me for my purchase and letting me know it was going to be 4-6 business days before my cog belt would ship? 4-6 days? WHY? I emailed Edward Proulx on 5/21/2013 to find out why it would take 4-6 days before my belt would ship. He emailed me on 5/22/2013, and said he would find out why and get back to me. Today is 5/28/2013 and I never heard anything from Edward Proulx, nor do I have my belt. I will never order from proparts direct again. "

“Hi Sandra, We apologize for the delay on your belt. Ariens had a delay on that belt. I could see by the tracking number 1Z8V9R230319523415. That you did get the part on the 31st. We hope your equipment is up and running again. If you need parts in the future quicker you are always welcome to contact us to make arrangements to request quicker shipping. We are working on speeding up our Free Shipping Service.”

"I ordered parts on the 8th and still have not received them.
This is not what I consider fast shipping...

RESPONCE:
Not trying to bash you but your email clearly states that it was shipped on the 13th, not the 11th. (see copied email below.)

We shipped your order on 5/13/2013.
Your order (#22855) was shipped via UPS Ground Shipping Your tracking number is 9461209699937698011108

The date that you send the electronic information means nothing, it could be several days later that you actualy send the package....


Also....It is the 21st and I still have not recieved anything!!!!!

They are correct that I did not have to pay for shipping, BUT I had to buy stuff I did not need to get over the min for free shipping......

So... it was NOT FREE.

On the positive side, they are contacted me and were willing to do what they could to make things right.

“We apologize that USPS took as long as they did to get the parts to you. The tracking info says that you will have the parts today the 20th. Your package was shipped on the 11th. Usually with free shipping we use USPS because of the overall cost. They haven't been this slow all season. We will try to speed up this service in the future.”
